  Hi Wendy, We had such a great time on our little vacation to St. George. We visited Bryce Canyon, Tuachan Amphitheater - (we saw Tarzan, it was really fun) and swam alot!! For this vacation we mainly wanted a place to be together as a family to relax and your condo was just what we were looking for! The condo was just the right size, we slept mom and dad and six kids very comfortably. The beds were really comfy as well. It was clean and beautifully furnished which made us feel very much at home. The kids loved the pools, it was nice with the playground and pool fairly close but not too close to the condo. It was hot that week, we were so grateful for the pools and the option to go to Green Valley too, since that's what my kids love to do!!!   Excellent property! We loved our stay at this property and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the St. George area. Plenty of room, very clean and comfortable. Tastefully decorated and furnished with all the comforts of home. Nice quiet location, but not too far away from the city. The owners are very pleasant and easy to work with. Definately a 5 star accomodation.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

  FROM AN EMAIL I stayed at the condo with my sister and our husbands. It was a really nice condo, upstairs but a great elevator, great view, very comfortable. I highly recommend if for your stay in St. George. Good price, too. Margaret

  FROM AN EMAILHi Wendy,Just a note to let you know that we truly enjoyed your condo and being able to stay there last weekend. It was great! I told my family what you said – that once you stay in a condo, you won’t stay in a hotel anymore, and they could see why (and now I can too). It was so nice to sit on a couch or in a chair, put our food in a fridge, and mostly, having all the family together rather than in separate rooms. The only thing I could have wished for was warmer weather. Being in the low 60’s and having heavy winds was not conducive to using the pools, but Friday night was warm enough to sit in the hot tub with the grandkids for about 20 minutes – thank goodness! They were so excited for the pools. Last May when we were in St. George, the weather was exactly the same and we couldn’t enjoy the motel pools! Such luck. In all, your unit was wonderful and very nicely decorated, etc, etc! We were very pleased and will pass your number on to others who may be tripping that way. Hopefully we can come back and use it again as well!Thanks so much!Doris Crockett

Cancellation policy:

This agreement is made between Kathy and Rob Andrist the owners and the tenant. This agreement is for rental location at 1845 W Canyon View Drive #1215 St George, UT. We hope that you have a wonderful time at our home in St. George. To ensure the same quality experience for all of our guests, we collect a security deposit of $250.00 at the time of booking. This deposit will promptly be refunded after cleaning/inspection. 1. Please NO smoking in the rental. 2. Do not remover furnishings from the rental. 3. Please notify owner immediately if you experience any problems or if you notice anything that requires our attention. Kathy (801)509-0714, Rob (801)420-1693 4. Upon check-out please place all dirty linen in the laundry room, make sure bar-b-q gas is turned off, stack the deck chairs, adjust thermostat, and leave keys in the pot on the console table. 5. Take special care of the keys, as replacement cost for lost pool or elevator keys is $75 each. 6. No pets are allowed in the rental. 7. Renters are responsible for all damage to the unit during their stay. 8. Standard check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 11 am. 9. Any reservation cancelled less that 30 days prior to the arrival date will be charged the entire fee.

100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
