This beautiful spacious home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms with a south west facing private heated pool IN AN IDEAL LOCATION.
Located on route 70 just off junction 217 of I-75. The villa is situated in a FRIENDLY AND SAFE area called Creekwood. Bradenton is in an ideal location to reach all parts of this beautiful coast line with the beach just 10-15 minutes drive.
The integral layout of the house is called split plan, and consists of a main communal lounge area in the middle of the house, and the bedrooms on either side which gives MAXIMUM PRIVACY TO STAYING GUESTS.
The main bedroom has a KING SIZE BED, large mirrored dresser, night stands and a TV. There is a large en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and the patio doors enter straight onto the pool area. The second bedroom also has a QUEEN SIZE BED, night stands , dresser and walk-in wardrobes. Bedroom three has TWO TWIN BEDS with the main bathroom is situated between bedrooms two and three. A HAIRDRYER is provided for our guests.
The kitchen is well equipped with all modern appliances, and has a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. An iron and ironing board is also provided.
The lounge overlooks the pool and is comfortably furnished. There is a large TV and DVD, and also a radio and CD player connected to speakers to all areas of the house.There is a formal dining area and a further day room/lounge which overlooks the pool.NOW BROADBAND CONNECTED
THE PRIVATE POOL AREA IS SOUTHWEST FACING with ceiling fans and table and chairs, sun loungers and a BBQ. Just ideal to sit and relax and to soak up the florida sun. The garden is fenced so is great for pet lovers.
Just nearby there is a larger COMMUNITY POOL, TENNIS COURTS,VOLLEYBALL AND BASKETBALL NET. We provide tennis rackets, sun loungers and cool boxes for the beach which is just 10-15 mins drive.
