Sunrise and sunset can be seen from the screened-in porch, living room and bedroom in summer. You are a one-minute walk to the beach on White Creek, with a view of Indian River Bay. Sailing, windsurfing, jet skiing, and other water activities are available. The community has a 9-hole golf course, swimming pool, tennis court, volleyball court, fitness center and a boat ramp.
Enjoy the screened-in porch, watching the waterfowl. Egrets and deer are very abundant, especially at dawn and dusk.
The interior has been professionally decorated in a comfortable cottage style.

reservations require a 50% deposit and balance due 30 nts before check-in.
