Our recently purchased and renovated home is only 6 minute walk to public beach access and 15 minute stroll to Mission Plaza which has many restaurants , shops, and theaters. The house has just been updated throughout with new stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer,all fixtures, granite counters and cabinets in bathrooms as well as freshly painted throughout. There is high end furnishings with a coastal living theme professionally decorated by one of the best local designers who knows what vacationers love when they come to Marco Island. This single family home on Loyalty Avenue has first class finishing with a screened in lani with heated pool and sunny southern exposure so you can enjoy the Florida sun. Lush tress in back of home aides in vacationers privacy. The home is a split floor plan separating the master bedroom from the other two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a 39 inch flat screened T.V. with sliding glass door out to pool and its own on suite bathroom. Next to the master is the living area were there is a 55 inch flat scree T.V. with pull out sleeper sofa queen which will easily accommodate family and friends. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with 39inch T.V. and 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds and blackout curtains in case there are lil ones that need a nap. The second bathroom is next to the third room and has a door leading out to the pool area for convenient access out to lani. The kitchen is fully equipped with all essentials and a cooler for you to use when you head out to the beach. There is a wagon or a cart in the double garage for your convenience and beach toys for the kids. Beach towels and chairs also are provided. Our home does include all linens as well.

About the owner: I am very happy to introduce myself. My name is Nicole Bauer and am originally from Indianapolis Indiana. The first time that I came down to Marco Island was almost 2 years ago and I immediately fell in love with the Island. I loved it so much I decided to purchase a couple condos for investment and rental opportunity. Both my condos I have completely renovated and updated them to my standards which I would have to say is very nice. I have been blessed in meeting an amazing interior designer that was able to pull off the costal living that I wanted in my condos. My clients have been very pleased with my properties and I already have had repeats. I recently became a licensed realtor in Florida secondary to the fact that I love the life style Florida enables us to acquire and I want to share the opportunity with others. Since I have 4 children ranging from ages 3 to 17 I decided that it would be nice to invest in a home with the perfect location for access to the beach which lead me to the purchase of this home. This home appealed to me because there was only one previous owner and well maintained. Plus location, location, location!! I gave my interior designer and contractor a call to update my home so all my clients would love it as much as I would. Actually I love all my properties and take great pride in them and do hope you will enjoy them to.
Why the Owner Chose Other Marco Island Properties: I love Marco Island because of the climate. Even when it’s blazing hot you still have that amazing gulf breeze when you’re by the Ocean. Marco has so many things to offer such as parasailing, fishing, Jet Ski tours, kayaking, sailing and everglades excursions. It is very common to see dolphins not too far off shore line along with other neat little sea creatures. I cannot forget to mention the beautiful white sandy beaches and Marco is one of only seven crescent beaches in the world.

There are so many amazing restaurants that I would be happy to recommend for you and there is something here to satisfy everyone’s pallet. Another great benefit of vacationing in Marco is that you have the benefits of being close to a larger city without the daily hassle of traffic. Old Naples is only a 30 minute drive from Marco were you can shop, eat and sing karaoke in one stop. Waterside shops are about 35 minute drive if you’re interested in some of those real nice high end stores. When you’re done you can come back to your retreat and enjoy the serenity of Marco.
