This condo is the perfect place to vacation with the ABSOLUTE BEST 270-DEGREE VIEW of the BEACH from THREE BALCONIES.
You will enjoy BREATHTAKING sunrises and sunsets. Watch the DOLPHINS play and parasailing right from inside or on either of the outside balcony's. Whatever your PLEASURE - lounge by the pool or beach, or you can SHOP until you drop or GOLF until you cannot see that little white ball!

Although we extensively renovated in 2009, we thoughtfully consider updates & amenities each year to keep current and please our guests. We've spent a lot of thought, time & dollars on our efforts. It is our sincere hope that our guests (+our family) will enjoy this major undertaking for years to come!

OUR LAYOUT:
The Living Room and Master Bedroom both overlook the beach. The Living Room has two glass walls leading out to two balconies. The Master Bedroom has a large PRIVATE balcony with King bed (Beautiful & Romantic!), private Master Bath, and closet. The Second Bedroom has a King bed (Comfortable and Relaxing!)with private closet, small SCREENED Balcony and another GORGEOUS ocean view looking down the beach.
The Third Bedroom is tastefully decorated and furnished with two twin beds (Cute and Comfortable!). The 2nd & 3rd Bedrooms share a full-size hall bath. There are FOUR TVs with Cable/DVD Combos IN EACH BEDROOM. The Kitchen is fully-equipped with newer appliances including refrigerator with filtered ice/water, stove, dishwasher, microwave, & new full-size washer and dryer. The heating & air conditioning has been updated with a Trane Hi-efficiency heat pump & air cleaning system + new 50 gallon hot water heater.
THE RESORT:
The Resort has elevators, outdoor pool and hot tubs, heated indoor pool, kiddie pool and two indoor hot tubs, fitness room + wireless internet. We are a smaller resort with about 100 homeowners. There are two oceanfront towers (4 elevators) and two huge parking garages. We offer great amenities, beautiful grounds, a laid back family atmosphere and plenty of parking. You can truly enjoy your quiet time or keep an eye on your children without literally feeling as if you are "bumping into" 500-1000 other guests.
The new BOARDWALK + SKYWHEEL, Starbucks, Sea Captain's House, more restaurants, shops, putt-putt, & amusements are just a few blocks away. The Convention Center and Pelican's Ball Stadium are also close by.

Why the Owner Chose Palms Resort
The oceanfront wrap-around balconys were unlike any other property we considered in Myrtle Beach. No other property offered such a spectacular view!
We looked extensively in Myrtle Beach plus a few areas in North Carolina. Myrtle Beach is 4 hours from our home. We enjoyed vacationing in Myrtle Beach as kids ourselves, although not nearly as often as we would have like to then! Myrtle Beach has so much to offer vacationers. We have a great location, convenient to everything.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The ocean! You can see if from almost everywhere in our home! We are just steps to the beach & pool and walking distance to the boardwalk and just about anything else you'd like to do. The condo layout is great for our family. We are kind of "seasoned" homeowners at the beach now and sometimes just enjoy relaxing by the pool & beach. When we do go out though, Myrtle Beach offers excellent entertainment, Broadway shows, shopping & dining. We have made lots of new friends (other homeowners + guests).

Upon our arrival there were things that needed restoring and the owner had left a note saying that they had planned restorations come winter. However, we quickly overlooked those things and really enjoyed our stay. The living room is tastefully decorated and quite comfortable for our family of 5. The master suite was perfect for my husband and I with a very comfy king bed. Very large balcony off the suite that we really enjoyed! The twin bedroom was quite small bright at night with outdoor lighting...my girls ended up sleeping on the couch..they didn't mind they loved that oouch and being on the ocean side of the condo! The room served well as a place to keep all their "stuff". My mother in law enjoyed her bedroom as well. There is Magnolia Rest. with a breakfast buffet just up the street that had great prices especially if you find a coupon in one of the local brochures. Be sure to clip those coupons...you can save a lot of money at area places of business. We also enjoyed the Sea Capt. House that is about 1/2 mile up the street...gorgeous views as well. I highly recommend visiting Huntington Beach and Atalaya while you're there...it's worth the drive from Myrtle Beach. I would recommened this condo to a friend!! Looking forward to possibly staying in the future and seeing the renovations. The owner was really nice to talk with on the telephone. The resort was very quiet!

WE RENTED THIS UNIT IN JULY 2011 FOR 1 WEEK AND WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH IT. THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME SEEING THE OCEAN AND I COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR A BETTER VIEW.... THIS WAS ALSO THE FIRST FAMILY VACATION THAT WE HAVE TAKEN SINCE OUR DAUGHTERS HAD GOTTEN MARRIED SO WE HAD BOTH DAUGHTERS, BOTH SON IN LAWS, AND THE GRAND BABY ALONG WITH ME AND MY HUSBAND, AND THERE WAS PLENTY OF ROOM. WE ALSO LIKED THE FACT THAT IT HAD A WASHER AND DRYER IN THE UNIT. IT WAS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF MANY THINGS, WE WALKED TO THE PIER THE FIRST NIGHT WE WERE THERE AND IT WAS GREAT, WE ALSO LIKED THE FACT THAT THE OWNERS OF THE UNIT RESERVED 2 BEACH CHAIRS WITH THE UMBRELLA FOR US TO USE THAT WAS GREAT. WE HATED TO SEE THE WEEK COME TO AN END BUT WE HOPE TO COME BACK NEXT YEAR AND STAY IN THIS CONDO IT WAS A WONDERFUL FAMILY VACATION.

This condo is in a wonderful location and has a great view of the beach. We never had any trouble finding parking in the resort's garage, and we enjoyed the facility's pools and hot tub. The condo itself was nicely sized and had almost everything we needed. As a group of six adults, we fit in the condo nicely. The living room was very comfortable as was the open floor plan. The master and second bedroom were nicely sized and had excellent beds. The only drawback was the third bedroom, which is really very small. It has two twin beds in it, but the room is more suited to two children than two adults. The outside lights are also very prone to shining into this room. Overall, the condo was wonderful. My family and I enjoyed it greatly and we were pleased that the unit included a washer/dryer combo, which we put to good use. The condo owners were very nice and tried to make our stay the best it could be, even when the air conditioning went out on our last day/night.

We had a girls weekend out and this place was great ..... you could not ask for a better view than what we had from the baloncy...... very clean and well maintained ...The staff at the resort was very nice and helpful......hooked up us with a great place for breakfast.."Harry's" and at a great price I am use to renting houses at the beach but was so glad this time to be in this condo ...first time in years I have ever seen horses on the beach and it was beautiful..... I would recommend this to my friends and family and hope to stay here again in the future.... Thanks for sharing your place ....

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was represented very well and our only negative comments would be concerning the resort in general. We arrived on Labor Day weekend and the place was packed! The general condition was rather upkept. It needed a good cleaning. There were times when the back exit of the building was locked and the only way out was through the front door. This was a bit unsettling for safety reasons as well as it being an inconvenience. We informed our condo owners and were assured that these issues would be addressed. The Ferguson's were very nice to work with and we would very much recommend their beautiful condo. The location of the resort was great...sort of in the middle of Myrtle Beach.....go South for the crazy fun and North for the quiet! Lots to do close by and many good restaurants near by. It was well worth the money!!! 9/18/10

This place is awesome....I would recommend this place to anyone that wanted to visit Myrtle Beach. The description was right on...only a few blocks away from downtown shopping (walking distance) and so close to Broadway at the Beach---When I go back to Myrtle Beach I hope this place is available. Thank You So much for letting us stay there.

Best part of this property is the location and the views. The balcony was great. Third bedroom not much use. The place is pretty beat up and could use a face lift.

The condo was perfect the view was beautiful.The size of the condo fit my family's needs. My parents was in the master suite and my husband and I was in the 2nd bedroom, our 2 children was in the 3rd room. WE LOVE IT!!

We had a wonderful vacation. There were plenty of kitchen items to accomodate 6 people. The pictures gave a very accurate portrayal of the condo. We loved the living room and douldble balconies. The only problem we had was the small room with the twin beds. This room would be fine for children, but it was way to small for two adults. You had only the two beds and a dresser, no real room to move around it.
Owner response:The date for the stay is incorrect as we did not own condo until 2004 and did not start ad until 12-28-2004, also place has been renovated and no longer relevant since it predates renovation done in winter of '09.
