Enjoy the spectacular sunrises over beautiful Lake Charlevoix from our three bedroom, one bath cottage located only 75 feet from Lake Charlevoix. Main bedroom has a queen size bed and the other two bedrooms have 2 twin beds each. Cottage is at the end of a private road about a mile from downtown Charlevoix. Enjoy total relaxation with being only minutes from Charlevoix.
After a long day on the water enjoy a fire in the fireplace or in the fire pit outside on the beach. If you feel like cooking the kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking essentials as well as an outdoor gas grill. We take pride in having a clean and well maintained cottage. This is the ideal place to kick back, relax and enjoy your summer vacation.
Lake Charlevoix and sand beach are only 75 feet from your front door-no, there is nothing between you and Lake Charlevoix except grass and sand beach! Great area for swimming. Small boat could be moored out front-(there is no dock). We provide all the sheets and bath towels for your stay. Cottage is non-smoking and absolutely no pets allowed. This cottage is limited to 6 people.

A great, relaxing Summer get-away

My husband, daughters (ages 5 and 9) and I spent a week at this location. It was exactly what we were looking for! Bedrooms are a little on the smaller size, but the large open living area well made up for that, besides we fell asleep as soon as our heads hit the pillows anyway! Can't stress how clean the home, yard, and beach area were. Perfect sandy walkout to our own beach area just steps from the backyard deck/eating area. Girls could play a longgg way out in the water, as it was sandy/clay and quite shallow for a great distance. We grilled almost every night on the provided gas grill. We had a little trouble with Internet connectivity, but had a pretty good connection in the driveway or in town. Girls loved the provided beach toys and found some games in the house to play. Nothing like the early a.m. breakfasts on the back deck area...very quiet and serene. Neighbors close by, but certainly not an issue. The windowed-glass dining room and living room was fabulous. Definitely looking forward to a return visit; highly recommended.

We have been coming to this cottage since 2006 and always have a wonderful time. It is the best location of any rental property in Charlevoix. It is an easy 30 minute walk into town. The sandy beach is great for the kids and because the water is so shallow they can walk into the lake quite far and safely. Charlevoix itself is the nicest and most scenic town in all of northern Michigan, with lots to do and within 60 miles are Traverse City and Mackinac Island, and Petoskey is just 15miles away. But we really enjoy the peace and quiet and beautiful views from the cottage itself. Our 3 kids always have a lot of fun and we all greatly look forward to our summer vacations in Charlevoix at this cottage.
Recommended for:Families with young children, age 55+.

What a great spot, not too far from town but far enough. What more can be said than a Lake Charlevoix sunrise in the summer. We are looking forward to returning this summer! Cottage is the perfect spot for a family summer vacation. Still has that "up north" rustic cottage feel but very clean!

Had such a great time at this cottage! SUPER clean and gorgeous views of Lake Charlevoix. Perfect for the kids and close to town. Such a quiet and peaceful spot. Can't wait to come back!

Love our annual trip to Charlevoix, Michigan. The cottage has awesome beach front on Lake Charlevoix and shallow waters for kids to enjoy. Location is close to town so plenty of walking and biking. Also close to Irish Boat Shop if you have a boat. A well equipped kitchen if we choose to dine in rather than going out to eat. Can't wait for summer!
