Acacia Villa was designed and created with vacation rental in mind. Situated facing east to catch the maximum tropical breeze, a large covered veranda overlooks the swimming pool for comfort in the cool shade or in the sun as you prefer.
The two queen-size bedrooms are located at opposite ends of the vacation villa with en-suite baths for your privacy. Each bedroom opens directly onto the veranda and pool. Air-conditioning is an option. A maximum of four persons or two couples is intended.
The living, great room features comfortable sofas and a reading chair. A collection of DVD movies for your large screen television entertainment is available.
The kitchen is equipped with all the conveniences should you decide to prepare meals in the comfort of your own vacation villa.
A five minute walk to Leeward Marina for kayaking eco-tours, diving, sailing charters and other excursions. A short drive to Walkin Marina you can catch the TCI Ferry to North Caicos, book boating excursions to Iguana Island, snorkelling, fishing, Sea-Doo rentals and other island adventures. Grace Bay Beach access is one mile.
LOCATION:
Acacia Villa is situated at the easten end of Grace Bay in a residential resort community - the most sought after real estate development on Providenciales. The community lies at the northeastern end of the island eleven miles from the international airport. The villa is on a paved road in a good location for jogging or biking.
Several public beach accesses are available to Grace Bay Beach. The closest is one mile away. Tennis and golf are available at Provo Golf and Country Club just two miles to the west. Within three miles are located over 15 restaurants in the Grace Bay area featuring local seafood and a range of cuisines including French, Italian, Japanese, Thai and Caribbean.
