Welcome to our brand new (September 2004) beautifully decorated Condominium/Coach Home situated within a Country Club Golf Community. The screened, furnished lanai will provide many moments of pleasure while dining or just enjoying a quiet moment.
You will enjoy our second floor, 2540 square foot Mediterranean-style villa with 14 foot vaulted ceiling and many upgrades. The master suite has a spacious walk-in closet and opens onto the lanai. The master bath features a sunken tub and a large separate tiled shower stall. Numerous mirrors show off the double sink vanity.
The second guest bedroom has a queen-size bed. The third bedroom has been turned into a media room. There are two over sized chairs that turn into twin beds when needed.In addition there are three TV's, and a stereo system built into the wall (with six CD changer), which provides music to every room including the lanai. The second bath is between the two bedrooms. The large eat-in kitchen with upgraded appliances would be the envy of any world-class chef. A separate dining room and great room surround the kitchen area. The garage and a separate outside entrance help enhance a feeling of security.
Lely Resort is located between Naples and Marco Island. Enjoy the white sand beaches and the exquisite shopping and galleries of Naples Fifth Avenue. Lely also has its own shopping area and outlet malls are but a 30 minute drive. The community pool is 10 seconds away.
The Country Club has two world class 18 hole golf courses that are within sight of your front door. The Mustang Course, designed by Lee Trevino and the Flamingo Island Course, designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr. are both a golfer's delight.
The New 20,000 square foot Players Club offers a 7500 square foot resort style swimming pool, spa with complete spa services, 2500 square foot lap pool, fitness center with personal trainers, seven lit tennis courts and media and games rooms. Small pets are welcome with a pet deposit.
