It overlooks the 13th hole on the east course with a beautiful view of the lake. Relax on the 36 by seven foot deck and enjoy the view. There are two 18 hole championship courses at the resort, with another, Diamondback Golf Club located directly across State Road 544.
It is centrally located, 15 minutes to Cypress Gardens, 35 minutes to Walt Disney World, Epcot, Seaworld, and Universal Studios/City Walk and 50 minutes to Tampa/St. Pete, Busch Gardens, and Lowry Park Zoo.
This condominium is available year round on a month to month basis. Absolutely NO PETS and NO SMOKING. The unit is 1272 square feet. It has two bedrooms, both with sliding doors to deck that overlook the course. It also has a full bathroom in the master bedroom and another full bathroom in the main living area. The dining area and livingroom also have two sets of eight foot sliding doors to the deck which also overlooks the golf course. Washer and dryer are available on the premises.
