This newer complex, completed in 2003, is a small and intimate building with only eight units, covered parking, a large sun deck with Gas BBQ Grill next to the heated pool right on the beach. All the furniture, kitchen utensils, and bedding are brand new in January 2007. You have a Direct Gulf Front view from the 20 ft. balcony, living room, dining room and kitchen. The sunsets are just beautiful!
The master bedroom has a king bed with cable TV, twin beds and cable TV are in the 2nd bedroom. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper, a 32" cable TV and a DVD player. There is a CD stereo player, washer & dryer, local phone service as well as all towels and linens. Both bathrooms have full tempered glass tub and shower enclosures. There is now complimentary WiFi in the unit.
1 1/2 hour drive to Universal Studios and Disney. 40 minute drive to Tampa International Airport or Busch Gardens. 10 minuts to Clearwater Beach or John's Pass, 15 minutes to St. Pete Beach.
There is a trolley that runs every 15-20 minutes between Clearwater Beach & St. Pete Beach with stops at almost every block.
