This private home with garage and additional parking is approximately 1 block from Park City Mountain Resort and less than a 10 minute walk to historic Main Street. Sleeps 4 - 6 comfortably. If you are too tired to walk after a long day of skiing the town bus stop is across the street, which will take you into town as well as to Deer Valley and The Canyons.
New hardwood floors throughout, new bathroom and gourmet kitchen with all new top of the line appliances and dining area which seats six - eight comfortably. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a walk-in closet and TV with DVD player. The second bedroom contains one set of bunk beds, large closet and TV with DVD player. The newly remodeled bathroom features a jetted Jacuzzi tub. The cozy family room features a large TV with DVD player, gas fireplace and a queen sleeper sofa. This home also offers a one car garage and plenty of additional parking!!

There is no need to ever look again. Whenever we come to Park City we will stay here or we won't come. This home is beautifully decorated. The bed is so comfortable. The first night we overslept. There is no detail that is overlooked. We love it and plan to come back during the summer. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home.
Recommended for:Families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Thanks for providing us such a nice, cozy and comfortable cottage for our stay during the 2012 Sundance Film Fest. The house was very clean, comfortable and felt luxurious, while having all the comforts of "home". We found the location to be very comfortable and within a quick walk to Main Street, where we enjoyed many fine restaurants. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a laid back, comfortable place to stay in the beautiful town of Park City!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

We had 5 guys stay at the house and had a blast! Our goal was to be walking distance to the bars and restaurants and to the Park City lifts. It was a 15 min walk to Main St and only a 5 min walk uphill to rent skis and hit the Park City slopes. We also drove 45 mins to Snowbird for some great powder. Jennifer, the owner, was very helpful in making us feel at home and advice on dining.

We had a wonderful time at your little yellow house; it's adorable. You did a fantastic job decorating it and it has all the comforts of home, right down to the flannel sheets and down comforters. We would definitely stay again.

This house is so comfortable and well decorated; we went without nothing. It is a short walk to Main Street and to Park City Mountain resort. We had a blast with 8 girls and would definitely stay again.

We stayed with our 4 boys and had a wonderful time, the house is a very quick walk (5 min) to the main lifts and to shops and restaurants. The house was in great condition and clean. We would stay again.

A fabulous home away from home!!! Our family has been going to Park City for great skiing for the last 8 years or so. We have stayed at a variety of high-end places, so we can honestly say that this home is one of the best. Not only do you have the luxury of a private home, but one that is so beautifully decorated and offers all the amenities one could ask for in a home. In addition, it's walking distance to the Park City Mountain Resort and to town. We highly recommend this home for your visit to Park City. We will make this our destination each time we travel to Park City.
