Situated on the coastal edge of eighty acres of wet forest reserve with a sunset ocean view, Casa Escondidas is a ten-minute walk to its own secluded beach.
This large, spacious house was built over 30 years ago from select tropical woods and one of the oldest homes in the area with all modern conveniences including a pool. Casas Escondidas is truly a tropical paradise dwelling, surrounded by an abundance of flora from years of planting combined with it 50 acres of primary forest.
The house was designed to accommodate up to eight people with two double beds and two single in the upstairs balcony areas, and a double bed in the bedroom on the main floor. It offers a large spacious downstairs, kitchen/dining area and a front porch with ocean views
Upon entering the house there is a large,covered, open-air space with a wooden floor and views of the jungle. This area is ideal for small group workshops, yoga or Tai Chi retreats. It's also a great place for open-air dining and relaxing.
This property is unique with its lush primary forest and old-growth landscaping and the abundance of tropical wildlife it offers. Easy-accessed waterfalls, long or short hiking trails and beachfront exploration are all in the "back yard" at Casa Escondidas.
Beautiful sandy beaches, national parks, canopy tours are within a ten minute drive from the house.
