There are tools available for ski/snowboard repair and tune-up as well as a sleds for the kids and bicycles in the summer. Two car garage allows for stowing of equipment and parking for one car. Plenty of Parking out front of the house, not down the street like many condo complexes.
We have local management, should issues arise and the availability to offer daily maid service, door step ski rental delivery, babysitting, gourmet restaurant food delivery, grocery delivery.

Great location for summer and winter, we are on a private street (only five homes) we are end of the Cul De Sac, (no outlet) so plenty of room for kids to play and parking is not a hassle.. Yellow Tram stop is 100 feet away, and you can travel to Juniper / Eagle Lodge . If you do not want to drive you can walk to the village via Lakeview Road through the Westin Lobby Down the Steps-- (15 to 20 minutes) Cross Country skiing , hiking and biking off Lake Mary Road Trail. , to Twin Lakes and Lake Mary as well as other Lakes you are interested in. Canyon Lodge is also less than one mile away. Plenty of yard to build the best snowman.

See Daves Run and Chair 22 out of family room window. Also views of the Sherwins and tops of snowey trees.

Do not like to drive so can walk to Village via lakeview Bld, through the Westin Lobby down the steps to the Village. Great picture window and large outdoor deck. 15 minute walk to Eagles nest/Juniper Lodge, hop on Lake Mary Road to enjoy skiing, hiking , biking, fishing, Paddle Board or Kayak.
