Bear Point amenities include a private ramp one-quarter mile away. If you are bringing a boat, you can beach it there and you are only ten minutes from Perdido Pass and the Gulf of Mexico.

Twenty-two-hundred square foot home on stilts so you must be able to climb stairs. The great room features 24' ceilings with a loft, a humungous master bedroom upstairs with a jacuzzi tub overlooking the waterway. Must be 21 or older. Pets possible with fee.
