Perfect rental home

We have stayed at the Lindsey lodge a couple of time over the past few years, and will continue to do so. It is beautiful, spacious, private, and comfortable home. The beds are wonderful. The kitchen is so large, which is perfect for our big group. Our children love to play and run around inside and outside. The view is beautiful. I love the location, very private, but not too far from grocery stores, the lake or Park City. Hope to be back soon.

It is a great house for large groups, we had a group out there to ski the week of February 13th to 20th and when we first got to the house we noticed a not so clean kitchen and the tub in the main hall way was very dirty ( jacuzzie tub). We understand the owners have been repairing different things through the house. The hot tub can no way accomodate more than two people at a time so we didn't really get to use it and the jets weren't working. Seemed to be a lot of dust all through the house. Not sure they should keep the cleaning crew they have, lot of things could have been cleaner. We rent homes/condos all the time and sorry to say this was my least favorite as far as cleanliness and up to date repairs for renting. Probably should clear at least the drive way after a heavy snow. We had an ice driveway and still slipped down with our 4 wheel drive. Plenty of bedrooms and sitting space for eating meals but could work on a better cleaning crew .

This property is wonderful. There is so much space for people to sleep and the kitchen is very large with lots of dinning area (two bars and two dinning tables). We stayed there for a family get together. The kids had such a great time playing/hanging out in the the game and movie theater rooms. This location is also very close to Walmart and and two grocery stores which was convenient since we forgot a few things. Beautiful views and cant beat the price!!!!

HUGE house, Great views

This is a fantastic find! The house is huge and was perfect for our annual family Christmas party. WE loved how there were so many great places to just hang out. All the kids spent time in basement theater room and giant game room, occasionally resurfacing upstairs for food. There is a balcony upstairs overlooking the game room so we could keep on eye on themn without having to run downstairs all the time. There is a nice TV upstairs close to the kitchen were the guys planted themselves to watch sports. The kitchen is set up with a big island as well as a bar with floating chairs and a large table in an adjoining sunroom. There was plenty of room for all. My favorite place was the quiet front living room which overlooks the valley. The sunset and views are gorgeous. The kids and I saw deer on the property just outside the front door. Loved it! Definitely coming back. Special thanks to one of the owners--Gordon. HE let my daughter keep the old horseshoe she found! Thanks a bunch

A fun weekend with the family

We reserved this unit for a family reunion. We were really pleased with how large the home was, and how great the theater room and game room were. We loved the open kitchen with lots of seating. A nephew LOVED the piano and got to practice his very complicated concertos all weekend. We enjoyed the views and the porch - especially when the hot air balloons were launched on Sunday morning. However, it is an older home with a few things in need of repair. There was at least one cabinet door of its hinges in the bathrooms (two were upside-down in the master), some of the recliners didn't recline in the theater room and game room, the toilet seat in the master bath was broken, the grill needed some repair so the controls worked, the hot tub was in need of a draining and cleaning, and the master bathroom (especially the tub and shower) and fridges could have used a good scrubbing. The owners were really nice, readily communicated with us via e-mail, and left us with lots of signs around the property regarding how to care for it including phone numbers for people to contact in case of problems. We would recommend this property to large families like ours who want to spend quality time together and don't mind being a little out of the way. We think with a little elbow grease and a weekend of work on the part of the owners, it would be an even better place to hang out.

Amazing rental property. Pleanty of room, idea for large groups 18 people stayed for a week of skiing and had a great time.
