Brand New Pontoon Boat

This home is located just 15 miles north of Clearwater in large, waterfront community in New Port Richey.(Free Beach Pass Provided)

This is a two-bedroom, one-and-one-half bath home on water with free use of a new Pontoon boat. This community has a private beach which we provide passes to and also a golf course within the community. This home has King in master and twins in 2nd bedroom.

Use the boat to cruise the canals and chase dolphins or look for manatees, also you can visit the island (Anclote Key) in the gulf or fish the gulf for sea trout and many other fish (we provide fishing poles). Just bring yourself.
