Wheeler Views from multiple levels in this condo. If you are looking for space and proximity to the ski area, this is the condo for you. Walk down the stairs to the base of the ski mountain in all seasons. There is a wood burning fireplace and TV in the living room. This is a spacious condo with plenty of room to spread out relax. Enjoy the deck with huge views. The unit has three levels. Entry level has Bedroom with a queen bed and a love seat sleeper couch. Downstairs are two 1/2 baths; one with vanity and toilet, the shower is off the Sauna. There is a bedroom with a full size bed and plenty of windows with great views. And there is a Sauna room, excellent for warming up after a day of skiing. Up stairs is the Living room with a fireplace and a daybed tucked in the corner, there is a sleeper couch as well. The kitchen is also on the level and has all the amenities one might need. There is a full bathroom on this level. 1/2 way to the third level is a loft, which overlooks the living area. It contains 1 twin sized sleeper, Kids love this area; there is a window with a great view. On the third level there is the Master bedroom and en suite. a Great place to get away and read a good book or open the overlook shutters and view the family or guests below or just take in the beautiful mountain views.

Angel Fire Resort Ski Area’s 76 runs are made up with 20% beginner slopes, 50% intermediate slopes and 24% advanced slopes. All of the terrain in Angel Fire can be accessed from two high-speed quad chair lifts, three double chair lifts and two surface terrain lifts. In spring, summer and fall, the mountainsides form a backdrop of colorful meadows or brilliant golden aspens, and the weather’s always perfect: nice and sunny, never hot, never humid, never “buggy.” There’s a lot to do and it’s all right here, whether you’re an extreme sports fanatic or looking for low-key decompression. You can golf, hike, fish, mountain bike or just hang out by the lake, don’t forget to bring your camera! WINTER Angel Fire has many locations very close by to enjoy a nice gentle slope of a hill for sledding or for your toboggan during the winter months. There is also Olympic Park for a family building a snowman or having a good old fashion snowball fight! The Angel Fire Resort Nordic Center, located at the Angel Fire Resort Country Club has sledding, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing available. Host to some of the greatest boarding races in the southern Rockies, Angel Fire presents USASA competitions throughout the winter and spring. The ski area is open from December through March, with 76 trails on 560+ ski-able acres and with two terrain parks . . . plenty of downhill fun for every ability and interest. Test your skill zipping through the gates of the timed NASTAR racecourse. And if you’re an expert, check out the hike-in skiing on several ungroomed runs. SUMMER The Angel Fire Zip line Adventure Tour is the first of its kind in New Mexico. On the signature segment of the tour, adrenaline seekers will fly fifty-stories above the forest floor as they traverse from peak to peak, side by side, on a 1,600' foot tandem zip line. A zip line is a station-to-station adventure ride, which consists of a cable stretched between points of different elevations, a pulley, and a harness or bar for attaching a rider, who moves by gravity. A zip line tour connects multiple zip lines of varying lengths and descents. The Angel Fire Zip line Adventure Tour will start at the 10,600' summit of the ski mountain, and will proceed in a station-to-station tour around the mountaintop. The tour will include six separate zip line segments of varying lengths, including the one dual tandem ride. Angel Fire Ski Resort does not stop with the end of the snowfall. During the summer months, the chairlift runs to give visitors a peek at the expansive scenery from the top of Agua Fire Peak. Camp Angel Fire is structured for kids to have outdoor fun throughout the summer. The camp is for kids ages 5 (must have been in kindergarten) though 12 years. The camp runs Monday through Friday each week with activities such as tennis, hiking, swimming, golf and rock climbing as outdoor activities and arts & crafts almost daily. Kids can join up for a day, a week, or all summer long. Camp Angel Fire is very popular and fills up almost every day, so pre-registration are required in advance. Angel Fire Resort’s trail system is ranked in the top 10 nationally and offers miles of downhill and cross-country entertainment. Extreme riders can test their limits, and family-friendly trails lure riders of all ability levels to experience this exhilarating sport. During the summer months you and your bike can get a (chair) lift on the Chile Express to the summit of Agua Fria Peak. Check out the amazing scenery and grab a bite at the Summit Haus, then zip through the trees and down the mountain. Cross-country riders can also try the South Boundary Trail that starts just south of Angel Fire and traverses the Kit Carson National Forest to Taos. Fly fishing the beautiful waters in and near Angel Fire, which are home to German Brown trout in abundance and a fair population of Rainbow trout, offer anglers from beginner to advanced with a little luck the best chance to reel in a good size one. Fish range 7' to 20' in length, averaging 10 to 14 inches in the streams. Take the reins and enjoy the cool mountain air on horseback in the Moreno Valley and Carson National Forest around Angel Fire. From an hour-and-a-half ride to a three-day guided pack trip, there’s a horseback adventure waiting for the whole family. You can even arrange a horse-drawn carriage for your wedding party. Hiking is Angel Fire’s most popular outdoor activity. And why not? It’s perfectly beautiful here in every season!
