This condo has an excellent location, right in the Center Village by the American Eagle and American Flyer lifts! It faces the mountain so you can sit on your balcony and see the ski runs (and you don't hear the highway noise on the other side). You can enjoy the views over the Ten Mile Range, the ski runs, climbing wall from your balcony of this third floor condominium.
It is newly renovated with some new appliances, and furniture to accommodate 6 people. We upgraded the bedroom with a king size bed for a good nights sleep before you hit the slopes! The living room has a new comfortable corner couch, with plenty of room for 6 people to relax after a day of skiing. It also pulls out to a full size bed, with a feather mattress for a god nights sleep. In the couch you can enjoy the fireplace and the new TV. The dining part of the living room has a table and chairs for 6 people. After dinner, move the dining furniture, and you can pull out the new queen size murphy bed. Tired skiers or children can go to bed, and you can still enjoy the night in the couch! We have also added some hooks, shelves and benches to make your stay more comfortable with more places to store all your winter gear and clothing. We are trying to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible, at a cheaper rate than a 2 bedroom condo!
If you are looking for a night out, we are right in the middle of the village, with many restaurants and bar for you to choose from. If you want a night in, soak in the hot tub, relax in front of the fireplace, and cook dinner in our kitchen, everything you need is there. If you want to stay active, work out in the downstairs gym, ice skate on the pond, or go tubing down the tubing hill.
Located in the Heart of ski country, the following ski areas are near by: Vail, Breckenridge, and Keystone - 20 minutes. Arapahoe Basin and Loveland - 25 minutes. Beaver Creek and Ski Cooper - 30 minutes. Winter Park - 1 hour and 15 minutes. Steamboat and Monarch - 1 hour and 30 minutes. Choose from over 100 restaurants in the Summit County, and enjoy world-class shopping at the Silverthorne Factory Outlet Stores.
