              Year Purchased: 2004

              About the owner: My husband and I live in Tarzana, CA with our 2 children. I am originally from Dublin, Ireland and he is from Lyon, France. I worked in the investment business for 15 years before devoting myself full time to our real estate business and our 2 kids. We both have family in Europe and try to get back there as often as possible. We love the California outdoor lifesyle and weather and enjoy hiking, biking, tennis and skiing when we have a chance.

              Why the Owner Chose Other Deer Valley Properties:
              My husband and I purchased our property pre-construction in 2004. We fell in love with the wonderful lake and mountain views. We loved the proximity to the Deer Crest gondola and also the Jordanelle national park, which is great in the summer. We feel like we have 2 different vacation homes as the area looks completely different in summer and in winter. In summer we love to hike and bike and just camp out at the Jordanelle while in winter, we can be on the slopes in a few minutes. We were the first to purchase in the area and we were able to get the builder to add lots of extras, like our huge 1000 sqft deck, Lutron dimmer switches everywhere, integrated surround sound, custom shower and jacuzzi bath in the master. We love spending time at the house and sharing it with friends and guests. We hope to enjoy it with our 2 kids - Fiona (4) and Liam (2) for many years to come.
