  THis place was great for us. It was a nice modern apartment in a secure building with secured parking. The kitchen was equipped with everything that was needed as was the bedding and bathroom towels. Close to public transportations, which made it easy to get anywhere rathe quickly and if you need to take a taxi that was cheap too, under 10 euro. The apartment was only a one bedroom but there was a nice sofa bed in the living room, which has a door so it can also be made private like the bedroom. There was two couples and the other couple slept on the sofa bed and they said that the sofa bed was very comfortable and it still felt private so it worked for two couples. We arrived late in the evening on our check in day and they worked with us on the arrival. It is a nice place and you won't regret it.

  Werner, the owner, scheduled to meet with us at the apartment on the day of out arrival and was prompt. The apartment is a short walk to the central train station, there is also a stop just down the street if you don't want to make the walk. Either way this apartment is centrally located and makes for easy access to Munich. The apartment is very clean and quiet in the evenings. We stayed with three adults for Oktoberfest and there was plenty of room for all of us. I would recommend this to apartment for anyone wanting a home away from home in Munich.

  The apartment was fantastic. Very clean, well maintained, equipped with everything you could ask for during your stay. The location was centeral and was a quick walk to the centeral train station, a grocery store was also convientetly located a few doors down from the building. Wener the host, was great. He was very pleasent to work with and also very helpful. We would certainly stay again and imagine we will in the future.

  This comfortable and spacious apartment was equipped with everything to make our holiday comfortable. The position is absolutely fantastic, walking distance to two U Bahn stations, the Hauptbahnhof, trams, shops, Marienplatz and a wonderful beer garden.The only problem was a little music from the dance school downstairs in the early evening, but we were rarely home at this time.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  We have stayed in Munich Hotels for the last 40+ years and this year decided to try an apartment. This apartment was Clean, Tidy, Convenient and Large. Just 2 min. walk to the U2 underground station (ideal for getting a seat on the direct train to the exhibition halls). or 5 min. walk to the Hauptbahnhof (main Railway Station. I think we will be staying here for many more years in the future.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  Diese neuwertige Wohnung bietet alles für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in München. Wirklich ausreichend Platz für 2-4 Personen, sehr gute und durchdachte Ausstattung und eine ideale Lage in der Stadtmitte/ Maxvorstadt. Wir haben unsere 4-Tage-Städtereise Anfang Januar in dieser Wohnung sehr genossen. Das Auto in der Duplex-Garage abgestellt- ab dann konnten wir fast alles fußläufig erreichen. U-Bahn-Nähe ist perfekt. Die Kontakte mit dem Vermieter waren auch sehr angenehm.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, families with young children, sightseeing.

  Excellent location - within easy walking distance from train station and city centre. U bahn at the end of the street and supermarket right next door. The flat is very spacious, clean and well equiped. It is also served with a lift. Easy to communicate with the owner in English.

  Werner, the owner, speaks good English and we had no problems as English renters. The apartment is well fitted out, with all the kitchen equipment that you would want and a supermarket next door. It is a good size with a lovely modern bathroom, big TV, comfortable bed and good internet connection . There is a very pleasant beer garden in a park about 5-10 mins walk away and the nearest U-bahn is on the corner of the street. The museum area is within walking distance. We found this to be an ideal base to explore a fascinating city. It is near the main station, from where we were easily able to arange a coach trip to Neuschwanstein castle. I would reccomend this apartment.

  Unsere Tage in München waren super schön und die Wohnung hat dem Ganzen noch die Krone aufgesetzt. Die Lage ist genau richtig d.h. schön ruhig und doch lässt sich von dort alles super zu Fuß erreichen. Oktoberfest und Marienplatz - alles in der Nähe! Ich kenne keine Ferienwohnung die zentraler ist! Wir kommen nächstes Jahr gerne wieder.
