Todd and Mary, what a great vacation we had! Thank you so much for letting us stay in your home. My family loved the pool and I enjoyed the hot tub as well! Waking up in the morning to the sound of a waterfall was music to my ears. The home was big enough for the four of us and the 2 bathrooms was perfect with 4 people. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house was very clean...so clean I didnt want to touch anything! The washer and dryer was great and it helped us not to overpack because we were able to wash clothes. We ate dinner outside on the patio every night. Not to mention we were directly across the street from the beach! the children and I walked to the beach every morning with the hopes of seeing a dolphin swimming by. The pictures for the rental property really do not show the beauty of this home until you open the front door! I can not wait to book for next year! Thanks again

Excellent FMB rental in the perfect location

My family of four stayed a week here in July and we could not have been more pleased with our selection of rental home. This house is spotless and very well equipped and maintained. The pool is the home's best asset and is also absolutely spotless. Location is ideal, as it is mid-island...close enough to town to make the drive or trolley ride fast, but far enough away that the beach isn't crowded. A couple of beach bikes are included for the guest's use...nice touch. Beach access is literally a 1-2 minute easy walk across the street. Todd was a pleasure to work with, and he made this last minute rental very easy. I would highly recommend staying here.

My daughter and I had a relaxing vacation at "Palm Grove". This house was extremely comfortable and well kept. They had everything we needed and then some. I plan on taking my wife and kids back next year and I will definitely be staying at one of Todd & Mary's homes! (Thanks guys!) I highly recommend staying at "Palm Grove". You will absolutely love it!!

Palm Grove our own little Paradise

Comfortable home, beautiful location, great pool and spa, fenced in yard and we can bring our dogs. We are returning guests to Todd and Mary's charming get away home. Lovely people to deal with, and there is nothing more relaxing than a week at the beach.

Recommended for: Pet owners, romantic getaway.

Perfect Florida vacation week

This house was even more than we anticipated. EVERYTHING was PERFECT. Every amentiy you can think of and more. They have thought of everything. Location to the beach was close and easy access - one house from the cross street and you are at the Beach Access. The house was so comfortable that you felt like it was your own. The pool area was to die for -- sparkling clean, comfortable outdorr furniture, beautiful landscaping, and lots of privacy. The house was immaculate and completely stocked with everything you could possibly need. Restaurants in the area were fabulous. The Beached Whale (right up the road) became our new lunch place, and several good places for dinner - Doc Ford's, Parrot Key, and the Lighthouse were our favorites. We are going to move to Florida as soon as we sell our house in Ohio, and this trip only made us more anxious to live in this area permanently. First time we took our little Shih Tzu with us on vacation. She loved it too! Loved walking on the beach and just laying around the pool (in the shade)!! If you are looking for a perfect place to stay for a week, don't pass this up. You won't be sorry!!

Palm Grove is ABSOLUTLEY PERFECT!

We loved Palm Grove!- The location was spectacular and a super quick walk to the beautiful, friendly and uncrowded beach. The pool/spa was so wonderful, we probably spent more time there than at the beach, so relaxing, warm and well maintained. From the morning splashes to after beach cool offs, to nighttime dips, the pool made our vacation perfect. The enclosed pool area is beautifully landscaped with enough palm trees to make you feel like you are on a desert island. It is close to everything you need, but far enough from the bustle of North Island. We couldn't have asked for a better Vacation. Thank you Todd and Mary.

Todd & Mary from the beginning to the end made our trip fabulous! They welcomed us with wine and many extras we weren't expecting.. to a beautiful home with a private in-ground pool and hot tub, bikes, private baths and so much more. All we took was a suitcase full of clothes and shoes. lol. This vacation to Palm Grove was a first for one of us. The other one of us has been there many times. Each time you go you enjoy new memories at their beautiful and comfortable home. Just across the street (less than a minute away) is the beach to enjoy also. Can't say enough positive things about our stay. This was the first time renting through www.vrbo.com, so I was a little bit hesitant on what to expect, but the pictures and description on the website were very accurate. The beach was within a minute walk from the house, so it was great that our teenagers could walk there and I didn't have to worry. The pool and spa was fabulous to wake up to. Will definitely go back when we can spend more time there.

The home is beautiful, we had a wonderful time. Everything we needed was there,very clean & comfortable accomodations. We especially enjoyed the pool & hot tub. We would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a fabulous vacation !

Palm Grove at Fort Myers Beach - fabulous as advertised

We have been going to Palm Grove for 6 years. Always clean, comfortable and very well appointed with little extras including a large selection of current books and dvds.Bikes are provided and Palm Grove is 1.7 miles to Times Square shopping and restaurants. Easy ride versus fighting the traffic. Publix is 3/4 of a mile which is an easy ride for daily groceries if needed. Palm Grove is perfect for dogs. The screened in pool opens up to a large fenced in yard for the dogs, in addition to a hammock and glider for us adults. Just a minute away is public access #22 which gets you on to Fort Myers beach - pet friendly and for the number of dogs on the beach, extremely clean. Palm Grove gets is continually updated; such as new sliding glass door to lanai, new outdoor chairs and new queen sized guest bed this year. While we have had minimal problems over the years, the handyman on call is great, and takes care of any issues promptly. While we are not there to watch TV, it would be nice to have a little larger high def. TV in the living room. That's about the only thing I would change, and that is a minor issue, which is why we continue to return to Palm Grove.

We've had a wonderful vacation here. The house is so clean, fully equipped & a perfect location to the beach. We appreciate your attention to detail, kitchen supplies, books, DVD's, etc. You've thought of everything. I love the palm tree light on the lanai. The heated pool & spa are wondertful! We enjoyed it all and hope to be back next Christmas!

We have been vacationing at Palm Grove for several years now and each time we arrive and open the front door it feels like we are home. We have spent many days biking around the island, walking on the beach, golfing at the local courses, playing tennis on the beautiful courts behind the library, kayaking and the best of all relaxing around the pool. Todd and Mary are hands on owners and are always updating and making sure everything is in working order at their home. We can't say enough about these wonderful people who have made their home feel like ours.

Thank you for letting us spend our vacation in your home. We had a wonderful time! The house is very pretty and really clean, the pool is great. We enjoyed ourselves very much, we had a lot of fun. We only made one mistake. We booked it for a week instead of two. Next year, we will plan better.

Our 3rd year enjoying this great beach home and paradise. We enjoyed every minute and every day at the beach, pool, walking at sunset, picking up shells and a night of 4th of July fireworks! Our daughter enjoyed everyday at the house as much as home. We look forward to next year and maybe we can do 2 weeks instead of one.

Another enjoyable 3 weeks at Palm Grove. The upgrade on the bikes was great. I could rid so much easier and we always enjoy the new books you get in - fun to try new authors. We look forward to returning next year

This was the second home my husband and I rented from Todd and Mary Noll. We could not ask for better accomodations. The house was so cute, everything in it was top of the line, a walk across the street put you at the beach, the pool and spa were amazing. If your goal on your vacation is to feel like pampered royalty, this is the spot for you!
