Come spend your ski vacation in one of Summit County's gems. You and your family will not be able to resist making your Colorado vacation a tradition. This house is truly a lush combination of maple and walnut trim that sets the tone for classic mountain living. This house features 5 bedrooms plus a loft area, and 4 full and 2 half bathrooms.
The main level has a gourmet kitchen, offering two ovens, two sinks, a warming drawer, two dishwashers, and a sub-zero refrigerator perfect for the amateur cook or the expert chef. The kitchen also offers a 42' flat screen TV. Adjoining the kitchen is a dining room with seating for 8, a bar with seating for 6 and a separate sitting area with a fireplace.
The great room is the perfect gathering area with gorgeous fireplace and breath-taking mountain views. The great room also offers a full wet bar with wine refrigerator, ice machine and a table for 4.
A few steps up from the great room are two master bedrooms, one with a king bed, and the other with a queen bed. There is also a room off of the sitting area with a bunk bed (Twin top/Full bottom) with private french doors and deck access.
The upper level features a lovely master suite and loft. The master suite has a king bed, love seat, private deck, fireplace, 42' flat screen TV, jacuzzi tub, steam shower, and washer and dryer in the closet. The loft area has fully equipped office with Computer, printer, fax, copier and Scanner. It has high speed Internet access with a WIFI router and there is free nationwide phone usage.
The lower level features the ski room with direct access to the ski runs, a family room with full entertainment center and surround sound, and a kitchenette. There is a bedroom that offers it's own bathroom, wet bar, TV, patio, and a bunk bed with a twin on top, queen on bottom, and queen trundle underneath. The other bedroom on this floor features a king sized bed and en suite access to a bathroom. The hot tub is located on the patio off this level.
This incredible home now has a pool table, complimentary robes & slippers in each room, and a high capacity washer and dryer!
Each level of this gorgeous house has elevator service, speaker system with 2 IPOD docks, radiant in-floor heating, TVs in all bedrooms, a heated deck with gas BBQ grill and a gorgeous lighting scheme to accent the views that surround you in every direction.

We had a wonderful trip! This house is amazing and we enjoyed the ski-in-ski-out! There are 17 of us that stayed. We traveled from Kansas City. We loved the jacuzzi and the proximity to the mountain. Our family of Grandparents, parents and children spent a week at Kokomo Lodge. The experience was wonderful for all ages. The house was everything we needed and was a fantastic experience for our family. Everyone had space to do what they wanted to do. There were activities for everyone either at the house or in the surrounding area. Hiking, white water rafting, biking, shopping, site seeing, riding historic train and just spending time in Copper--our family from 3 to 62 enjoyed it all. The breakfasts and evening meals at the house made for memorable lifetime experiences. Thank you, I would recommend this house--you won't be disappointed.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Beautiful mountain setting with wonderful activities. Our young grandchildren enjoyed the bumper boats, miniature golf and other activities down in Copper Mountain and the adults in the group biked, hiked and enjoyed the hot tub. The bike ride from the summit down to Frisco is a peaceful ride! The home is 3 levels and is spacious and comfortable. We had a one year old grandchild with us and the stairways in the home were a little challenging because of his age. Our 2 1/2 year old grandchild had no problems with the stairs, however--and there is an elevator in the home. Day temps were in the 70's and the mountain air was so rejuvenating!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Great Time! Snow was fantastic. The location and layout of the house was super for our family of 16 from Kentucky (ages 4 - 67). This is our 16th trip (annual) to Colorado to ski. We had such and AMAZING vacation! Teh house is "perfectly" positioned on the mountain. Our children (5 & 13) had a WONDERFUL time skiing and hot tubing. We "highly" recommend the snowmobile tours at White Mount tours. Truly an awesome experience! We will be back next year! A yearly vacation!Did you find this review helpful? Our family had a GREAT time her! It was fun to see the lad's expressions (okay the adults too) as we arrived. The pool table was a great part of the fun- all ages were able to have fun together playing. We had some "mean" 500 cards going at the round table. We enjoyed the hot tub too.
