Enjoy spectacular views of the Colorado high country from our sunny, warm, beautifully decorated condominium at Buffalo Ridge in Wildernest. Our two-bedroom, two-bath condo is newly furnished and is ideal for two to three couples or families, with two queen beds and a queen sleeper sofa. It offers phenomenal views of Buffalo Mountain, the Ten Mile Range, Keystone and Breckenridge ski resorts, and a wetland with beaver ponds immediately below the complex where foxes and moose can often be seen. Enjoy the view even more from the deck during a sunny day.
The condo has a fully equipped kitchen that will easily satisfy your cooking needs, and a dining area that seats six to eight. Additional amenities include two televisions, sound system, and a wood-burning fireplace perfect for warming up and relaxing after a day on the slopes. Covered parking and on-site laundry facilities are one flight of steps away.
World-class skiing abounds near our condominium. Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, and Keystone ski areas are within 20 miles and are accessible by the free-of-charge Summit County Stage that stops at the complex entrance. Loveland, a favorite of locals for its laid-back atmosphere and great snow, is about 15 minutes east on I-70, and Vail and Beaver Creek are approximately 40 minutes west on I-70.
Several trails that lead into the Arapahoe National Forest and the Eagle's Nest Wilderness Area are within easy walking distance (about one-quarter mile) from our doorstep and are perfect for hiking, mountain biking, fishing, cross-country skiing or snowshoeing. Paved pedestrian walkways are available throughout the neighborhood for less strenuous walking. Public golf courses in Silverthorne, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain are a short drive away, as are numerous water sports on Lake Dillon and the Blue River.
Guests have their choice of three conveniently located clubhouses, each with a sauna, hot tub, and indoor heated swimming pool. Game rooms in each clubhouse include televisions, pool tables, and ping-pong tables. One clubhouse has a racquetball court, and outdoor tennis is also available during the summer months. Full gym facilities are available to visitors at the new recreation center in nearby Silverthorne.
Buffalo Ridge is located in Wildernest, a quiet residential community located in the mountains above Silverthorne. Numerous restaurants and outlet and retail shopping opportunities in Silverthorne, Dillon, and Frisco are a five to ten minute drive from the condo.

RESERVATIONS: Please note this is a non-smoking condo, and pets are not allowed. To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of one night's lodging (refundable with 30 days notification). Payment of the balance is due 30 days prior to your planned arrival date. A fully refundable $200 security/damage deposit is also required; your refund will be issued within one week of your departure. A cleaning fee is required for stays less than the listed minimum. Discounts are negotiable for stays of seven nights or more however, monthly rentals are not available. Check-in is after 3PM and check-out is at 11AM. |
