Barrington Court is a bright and open two bedroom, two bath villa featuring stunning ocean and beach views from every room. This 1200 square foot villa has been totally renovated. The stunning kitchen boasts new cabinets with granite countertops and new modern appliances, tile flooring throughout the kitchen and main living area.
The living room has bright cheerful colors to make it your perfect vacation get-away with a queen size pull-out sleeper sofa, love seat and comfortable chair. The bathrooms have new cabinets and counter tops, new shower doors and tile. The master bedroom has been refurnished with a king size bed and desk to accommodate those working on the cable wireless internet in addition to ample drawer space provided from two chests.
The guest bedroom for 2011 has been refurnished with a queen size bed and a twin bed that will accomodate 3 guests. The balcony has received new furniture in 2010 so guests can enjoy the view and sunsets.
The villa comes completely equipped with everything you need for comfort and relaxation. There is a TV/VCR/DVD player in the master bedroom. New flat screen TV's have been added to the living room and guest bedrooms which also include dvd players in 2010. Both baths feature a jetted spa tub. The living room includes a queen size sleeper sofa which allows the villa to comfortably sleep seven.
Barrington Court is located within the prestigious Leamington Section of Palmetto Dunes. Barrington Court is also is located on the quietest and most private section of the beach, yet is within walking distance to all of the world class amenities in Palmetto Dunes.
Barrington’s beautiful grounds and on site amenities includes an 800 foot wide sandy beach, a huge oceanfront pool, hot tub, gazebo and entertainment area, barbeque area, under building (covered) parking, elevator, intertwining walkways and lagoons, sitting areas, covered parking and elevators.

Why the Owner Chose Barrington Court
Steve and I were making numerous trips to Hilton Head every year to golf and enjoy the tranquility of the island when we decided to purchase a condo for our family's use. We always enjoyed staying at the Barrington complex and knew we would want to spend our time in this area that is gated and secluded. It is perfect for escaping the hustle and bustle of the outside world.

Steve is an investment banker mainly. He also teaches finance at Kent State-Stark and serves on a local bank board. Debbie volunteers her time helping to care for the couples 4 grandsons and 2 new granchildren due in 2011. We have 3 adult children, Jeremy and Coyla, Erin and special friend Chad; April and son-in-law Ryan. We love to golf and ride bikes when we are in Hilton Head and spending time on the beach.

My wife, 2 year old son, 4 month old daughter, and I stayed in this condo for a week in September 2011. There are not enough positive things that can be said about the condo unit itself. The furnishings and decor are tastefully executed. The floor-plan of the condo is a huge plus for families. This is due to the fact the second bedroom and corresponding full bathroom can be separated from the rest of the unit via a pocket door. The grounds of the Barrington complex are topnotch by every measure. The under complex parking is very convenient with easy access to an elevator. The pool is fantastic. And the walk to the beach is short. The owners are also very accommodating and easy to work with. I would, without hesitation, rent this condo from Debbie again in the future.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Could not have asked for a better setting. Great view of the ocean, easy access to shops and restaurants and many golf courses - on and off Island. The condo was well appointed, very clean. Decor was modern and was reflective of the photos provided in the listing. I have been going to Hilton Head for years and I think this is the best location yet and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. Thank you for making our vacation memorable.
