Barrington Court is a bright and open two bedroom, two bath villa featuring stunning ocean and beach views from every room. This 1200 square foot villa has been totally renovated for the 2006 rental season. The new kitchen boasts new cabinets with granite countertops and new modern appliances, tile flooring throughout the kitchen and main living area.

The newly furnished living room has bright cheerful colors to make it your perfect vacation get-away. The bathrooms have new cabinets and counter tops, new shower doors and tile. The master bedroom has been refurnished with a desk to accommodate those working on the cable wireless internet in addition to ample drawer space provided from two chests.

The villa comes completely equipped with everything you need for comfort and relaxation. There is TV/VCR/DVD player in the living room, guest room and master bedroom. Both baths feature a jetted spa tub. The living room includes a queen size sleeper sofa which allows the villa to comfortably sleep six.

Barrington Court is located within the prestigious Leamington Section of Palmetto Dunes. Barrington Court is also is located on the quietest and most private section of the beach, yet is within walking distance to all of the world class amenities in Palmetto Dunes.

  • Stayed in this condo in October and it's just lovely ! New furniture in the living room was very comfy and we enjoyed all of the furnishings and amenities. A great value and a great unit. We miss our cocktails and cards on the balcony every afternoon!
