A beautiful, long, secluded beach on Nantucket Sound is a scenic five-minute walk away. Visit "Heaven's Hill" and enjoy the spectacular water views with 75 acres of conservation land, located a stone's throw from our property. Just a short walk to tennis courts, playground and one of the smallest public libraries in New England.

The Chatham Retreat is a wonderful combination of "sand between your toes" Cape Cod, but with up to date amenities...washer/dryer, dishwasher, cable, and bring your laptop in summer for our wireless internet access! Expanded cable includes NESN!
(And...WIFI is available up the street at the internet cafe in the off-season!)

Why the Owner Chose Chatham
I will never forget my first trip to the Cape when I was 10 years old.. the ocean, the sky, the beaches... it is another world. As a teenager, I had the opportunity to come for a couple of weeks for multiple summers as a babysitter for a lovely family. When I was in college, I found work on the Cape and spent many summers there. I have traveled a lot and lived in other countries, but Cape Cod is the "home in my heart." Although we have owned our Chatham Retreat for over 12 years, my heart still flutters over the fact that we have a house so close to a beach on Nantucket Sound. I think of this on every short walk to, and on, "our" beach, I never tire of this wonderful experience! And I enjoy going to the Cape every season of the year!
