About: We enjoy the friendly, outdoor lifestyle Kamloops has to offer, and are proud to share Kamloops' historic West End with visitors. We frequent all the downtown attractions as part of our own lifestyle - Fratelli's deli, Motivo coffee shop, The Brownstone, bakeries, farmer's markets, Riverside park and much more, within 2 blocks of the property. We frequently travel, and ourselves enjoy the opportunity to self cater and find a city base to travel from, our property is just such a spot. No need to spend all your time driving. Enjoy a small city experience with big city hospitality. We are available to help make your stay in our city as memorable as possible.

Why Kamloops:
Kamloops' West End is the most historically significant and, in our opinion, beautiful part of the city. We love the history and culture of the area, and want to be a part of Kamloops' city revival. We are tired of the big box experience happening up the hill, in the city core, family businesses thrive on Victoria street and people are out walking and living where they work. We promote the urban densification of the beautiful Kamloops core. We support local business and entertainment. Nightly through the summer there is live entertainment in Riverside park, in the winter months you can walk to enjoy Blazer's games or catch live music at one of the city bars, all are within an easy walk from the property.

35 West Seymour blends into the historic, classic neighbourhood. Our favourite building is the old cigar factory, several doors down, which now houses Venture Kamloops, two doors down is the Kamloops Museum, a beautiful brick building with lovely gardens and outdoor seating for your enjoyment. A short walk around the property and you will see the lovingly restored homes and various small businesses which make this location in Kamloops our 'personal' favourite.
