Come relax on Seabrook Island's 3 1/2 miles of pristine, unspoiled white sand beaches. Watch the dolphins frolicking in the water, search for seashells while strolling along the waters edge, or just check out the abundance of wildlife throughout the island! Enjoy fishing, crabbing, biking,lounging by the pool which is steps away from your villa, or ride the waves on your boogie boards in the ocean, a short stroll from your door!
This gated community is a perfect getaway to relax and enjoy with your family and friends. There is a large variety of restaurants in the area for your dining pleasure, an array of golf courses nearby, and Bohicket Marina is just outside the gate for boat rentals, kakyaking, and fishing charters!
Enjoy the beautiful view of the lagoon and golf course from one of the three decks on your villa. The kitchen is fully stocked to make you feel at home. An open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, family and dining rooms, two bedrooms plus a loft complete this bright and cheerful villa. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a TV,and a full bath attached. The second bedroom boasts a full-sized bed with a single bunk bed over it, and another single bed in the room. This room also has a TV, VCR/DVD player, board games, puzzles, cards, and Nintendo 64 for the kids on rainy days! The loft has a full size bed and a sitting area with couch for you to relax & read a book from the variety available for your enjoyment. In the family room you will find a TV, VCR/DVD player, stereo/CD player and numerous movies to enjoy.
EXTRAS available for your use at no charge include childrens & adult bicycles, boogie boards, coolers, beach chairs and umbrella, crabbing lines, a beach cart to haul your items, sand toys and a variety of sporting equipment. (You will need to supply your own bicycle helmets!)

We had a wonderful time!!!!!! We did not want to come home yesterday. Your house is so comfortable and welcoming. We all agreed that it was the best vacation since our cruise in 2001. We saw a mama gator and 2 babies in the pond behind the house. I took the baby fishing behind the house. We had fun just throwing bread in the water for the turtles. We also saw alot of deer and couldn't believe how tame they were. Going to the crabbing dock was alot of fun too. We are looking forward to coming back but next time we will bring all 3 kids and stay for a week! Thank you so much for sharing your house with us. I have to say again that it was absolutely wonderful!!!!!! We will definitely be back.

The accomodations were fantastic and having the linen service, towels, and washer and dryer is a life saver for a mom-no dirty clothes to wash when you get home. It was THE best vacation I personally have had. We so enjoyed it. The vacation was entirely self-contained. With a few groceries, there was no need to go off the island. We will be back!

Your home is lovely. It has been made so warm and welcoming. There is not one amenity that is not available in this home. It is a wonderful place to soak up the peace and serenity whether you're walking the beach, watching dolphins or biking on the very safe streets.
