This fantastic 7000 sq ft house sleeps 26 (7 BR/7.5 Ba) and is one of the tallest and largest houses on Fripp. It is located at 715 Swordfish Drive, right in the middle of the best section of beach on Fripp - plenty of beach all day long and only two blocks from the beach club. The main living area is located on the second floor so the view is breathtaking. There are ocean views from every bedroom. This luxury home has everything!

Southern Living has it all - lots of bedrooms, private bathrooms, plenty of space for kids/teens, tvs and technology galore, eating and lounging space, and loads of extras. We stayed with 11 adults and 7 kids (all under the age of 5) for two weeks in April 2011 and plan to return to this great home in April 2012. Our young kids loved the bunk room and having their own space to play and watch movies. The playroom area is perfect for young kids and teens alike. And the adults loved the ample living space on the top floor to entertain extended family for dinner. The location can't be beat - beach access just steps away and a short walk to the adult pool. Plus, the house comes with plenty of extras - two golf carts, lots of beach toys and bikes, three washers/dryers, ice makers, a hot tub. The Seaside Getaways staff makes the stay easy. They are responsive and available to answer questions, help with issues, etc. Thanks for a great vacation experience!
