  My husband and I wanted a weekend away to have fun in the mountains and came accross this Condo being available. It was priced reasonably and a great location to so much around it. We enjoyed being able to build a fire, cook at home and within a short walk enjoy the clubhouse with two hot tubs. While there my husband and I went tubing at Winter parks new tubing hill, twice and explored the areas trails. The condo while still somewhat dated, but was cozy and convenient to both Fraser and Winterpark for all those skiers out there. The bed was very firm and made a crunchy noise when you rolled over so I slept on the futon instead that was more to my liking. We recommend this condo for anyone looking for this area and will be back ourselves again one day.

  My husband (a tele skier), daughter (20 yr old snowboarder) and I (skater) loved this little place. Everything we needed. Clean, kitchen well equipped, and great internet reception. Husband and daughter walked one block to catch the shuttle to Winter Park ski resort. I drove to Devils Thumb for skating. Nice view from the living room out over large meadow. Short walk to the club for outdoor hot tub. We plan to return this winter for another little family outing. Owner very helpful with renting process.

  We loved the location. Close to all the hiking we wanted to do and ever so close to Rocky Mountain Nat Park. The owners left us maps and information that we used ( thank you ). There is a grocery store nearby so getting supplies was a snap. The condo was nice and cozy and just right for two - four would be fine as well. We would stay there again.

  We stayed at this condo in order to do some hiking in the Rockies this fall. The location is perfect. There is a grocery store down the street and you are surrounded by the mountains. We spend time in the National Park too and that's just a quick drive away. The condo is quaint and cozy and we felt at home while we were there. The condo has a great view of the mountains and the sun sets outside the big front window. The owner was very helpful and also there is detialed information in the condo of things to do and other resources you might need during your stay. We would rent here again.
