You won't find a nicer 1400+ square feet newer condominium for the money. Located in a park like setting. Most furnishings brand new including beds (king & queen), queen extra thick futon in den, sofa with recliners, larger TV, combo VCR/DVD, stereo, cable modem for high speed internet use.

Bright, open, kitchen fully stocked with day-to-day conveniences, including all necessary utensils, refrigerator w/ice and water dispenser filtered with reverse osmosis, dishwasher, and built in microwave over electric stove.

Also full size washer dryer in laundry room. Ground floor unit just steps away from the heated pool and hot tub. Also have own garage with remote control.

Spend time on your front or rear porch or at poolside, drinking coffee/hot tea and reading the paper in your PJs while others in cold country are trapped inside by old man winter! After breakfast head down to the valley's newest mall complex, Chandler Fashion Center, and shop to your hearts content, or take in a movie at the 20 screen movie theater. Then satisfy your appetite at one of the 20+ most popular restaurants.

  • We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Arizona. Kimbol and Linda's hospitality was above and beyond our expectations. The Condo was perfect. It was well supplied and extremely comfortable. We were able to have our grandchildren spend several nights with us, which was really special. The Condo's close proximity to the pool was a gigantic plus. The garage was a convenience that was greatly appreciated. We are looking forward to our stay at the Condo next year. Thanks again Kimbol and Linda you are exceptional hosts.

  • This condo is very spacious, clean, and comfortable. We stayed there for 4 months and felt very much at home. It is furnished with absolutely everything you need!. Kimbol and Linda are wonderful hosts. We look forward to staying there again.

  • We consider ourselves very fortunate to have found and stayed in this marvelous condo for the month of February 2005. We couldn't have been more pleased with the size and the cleanliness of the unit and it came fully equipped with everything you'd ever need to live comfortably for a month in a "home away from home". The condo was in a quiet and nice location with all conveniences close by, many within walking distance. If anyone were to ask the best part of our experience in Chandler, AZ for the month we'd have to say it was the landlords. You'd have to look a very long time to find two nicer or more accommodating people than we found in Kimbol & Linda Rowland. Our experience and association with them and their condo was such a pleasant one, we've already signed for a longer stay in 2006.
