  We recently returned from spending 2 weeks in this wonderful home. The house is gorgeous and has everything you need to have a great vacation. It was definately a home from home. The location is excellent - so close to everything, and the owner Trent was great fun and really helpful telling us places to go and see. We have stayed in many rental homes in this area and this is head and shoulders above the rest. We will definately be revisiting!

  Great home for Florida vacation. Centrally located for trips up and down the Gulf coast. Home has large gathering area for entertaining. Great Sarasota and Siesta Key restaurants nearby. Owner very nice, helpful and professional, returning our deposit quickly. Thanks for renting your fabulous home!

  Fantastic home - We stayed between Christmas and New Years 2011, we found everything in great shape. Plenty of room and a great layout for all of us staying there as well as family in the area to come and visit. The location in Sarasota as well as easy access to the Intercoastal waterway and Siesta Beaches was an added plus. We will definitely be back.

  We stayed in this home in Oct. and had a problem with a portion of our deposit being retained for a plumbing problem we were not responsible for. When the correct information reached the owner directly the remainder of our deposit was immediately returned. The misunderstanding was cleared up and the situation was handled fairly and promptly.

  This home was exactly as described in the ad. It was well maintained, location was exactly as described, home was better than pictures show, and owner has great to deal with. The owner helped us with suggestions of places to visit, dine and shop. He was available night and day to answer any questions we had. The home was absolutely beautiful. It was so much better than staying in a hotel room. This was my first time using VRBO and I dont know if I will ever stay in a hotel again. It was furnished with every appliance we needed including an outdoor grill which we took advantage of. We had the best of both worlds, a pool and water in the back yard. We enjoyed cocktails on the dock every evening. I cant wait to come back to this location. I totally am recommending this home to everyone and I assure you I will be back!!!!

  I recently stayed in this home with my husband and 2 children. This home was more immaculate than we had thought. It is beautiful and everything is very new and updated. We had no problems with this home and we have been coming to Sarasota for the last 5 years and this is the best home we have stayed in yet! The owner was very informative and we even extended our stay by 4 days because we didnt want to leave. I would highly recommend this home to everyone and look forward to staying at the same place next year!!! Trent, Thank you for sharing your home with us!!

• Plumbing Problems

  We stayed at this home 10/5/11-10/12/11. The property is in a good location and is fairly well maintained however we had a problem with the plumbing and our deposit . Black colored water that appeared to have dirt in it began coming up through the drain in the guest bath following a shower. Subsequently the toilet in the guest bath would not flush and could not be plunged. The problem required a plumber to get on the roof to run 43 ft of snake through the stack over the guest bath. The plumber assured us that the problem was not caused by our use of the commode. The money to cover the plumbing bill was then deducted from our deposit. Renters beware!

  Owner response: As on owner, I am sadden to see such a review posted. It’s a shame when an owner charges the tenant for damage or repairs to the property for a valid reason and the tenant feels the need to badger the property. Then, we as owners have to defend ourselves. I had received a phone call from this renter that the toilet was clogged and immediately went over to the house to see if I could unclog it. I could not, so I called a professional plumber who came right over. After the plumber arrived and snaked the toilet, they found a feminine hygiene product had been flushed and clogged the toilet. The renter had 5 teenage girls staying in the home. The plumber issued a bill for $149 and I felt just in charging the tenant for that fee. This is the quote that the tenant stated in a recent email “Thank you for taking care of the problem with the plumbing promptly when we were there. I will be sure to let the VRBO site know that the deposit problem was taken care of once the proper information reached you.” As you can see, I agreed to refund her deposit after receiving her complaint in lieu of bad comments such as this. Oh well, that didnt work out so well for me. Thank you for reading my response.

  Thank you so much for the beautiful accomodations! Your place was just as elegant yet comfortable as descriped in your ad. The property was very clean and well maintained as the ad indicated. Thank you for meeting us and going over everything with us. There was not one thing in the house that we needed or wished we had. It had everything plus some!! The location was perfect....close to everything. We rode are bikes to the beach and to shopping and lunch. What more could we ask for? I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a home (which I would take over a hotel room anyday)!! The ad was correct....We did not want to leave!!!!! We will be back!

  My family & I recently stated in this vacation home and it was incredible!!! It was as beautiful and comfortable as the pictures looked. We have been staying in different places over the last several years and this home was by far the best home we have ever stayed in! We booked it right away again for next year. I have already referred family and friends to it. We have finally found our vacation home for every year!
