Oak Shores is centrally located between both Lake San Antonio and Lake Nacimiento.
Upstairs of home is kitchen, living room with fireplace, master bedroom, bathroom, and central air-conditioning. Separate guest quarters downstairs with 10,000 btu portable air conditioning, three additional bedrooms, laundry area, and bathroom. Level lot with plenty of room for parking. Best location for active families.
Some of the calendar reserved dates are pending receipt of deposit. Please inquire about requested dates and we can advise if they become available.
Oak Shores limits rentals to 8 occupants over 13 years old (all children under 13 are not limited). Two vehicles and 1 trailer will be allowed into the gated community. Off site parking available for additional vehicle. Oak Shores gate will collect applicable guest boat fees but not lake use fees.
Boat slip will not be floating this year due to lake level. Community boat slips are available on a first come first serve basis with the payment of Oak Shores guest boat fees.
