The apartments are comfortable and bright, with kitchen, traditional Tuscan tile floor, timber frame ceiling, and bathroom with shower. More photos available. They are located in a nicely restored stone farm building overlooking the Valdarno and Pratomagno. The apartments are independent from the main house. Each two-room apartment can sleep two, with additional spaces available with a pull-out bed and small loft.
They are located on a working organic farm, so expect to hear the tractor sometimes and see fields in various stages of planting or harvesting. Your reward will be an authentic Tuscan farm stay at an affordable price, and convenient access to Florence, Chianti, Siena, Arezzo and the gorgeous Tuscan countryside.
During your stay, Stefano and Grazia along with their two university-age children will provide a warm welcome. Dining with the family is an affordable option open to all guests, where you can enjoy authentic Tuscan cuisine professionally prepared in the comfort of a home setting, often with traditional Florentine varieties of vegetables fresh from the farm.
Alternatively, you will be free to cook for yourself in the independent apartment complete with its own kitchen. Several family members speak English. Shiatsu massage from a professional with over 20 years of experience is available as well.

The apartments are five minutes from the A1 Autostrada exit Incisa (just south of Firenze). You will be four kilometres (two and four-tenths miles) from the exceptionally convenient train station of Figline Valdarno. Direct trains to Florence run every hour and take about 15 minutes to reach the city. Note that the apartments are in a separate valley from the Autostrada, insulated from the sights and sounds of its traffic. There is a large supermarket (la Coop) within two kilometres (one and two-tenths miles), along with a wide variety of shops that you would expect in a medium size town in Italy.
