Beach block property, Air conditioned one to four bedroom condo, there are attached rooms which can increase the size of the condo from from 1 to 4 bedrooms, very beachy and cottage like, street ends at the beach and board walk, less than a block. Sleeping accommodations in bedrooms, living room, and sleeping porch, all with AC. Outside showers to rinse off the sand or private enough to use for regular shower. Entire property is finished in brick pavers with BBQs, tables, sunbrellas & chairs.

My wife and I grew up in the Philadelphia area, but we LOVE the ocean. Ever since we rented in Lavallette in the early '70's we knew we wanted to live in Lavallette in the warm weather. We couldn't get enough of the ocean. It's a great place to live and vacation.
