ONE TO FOUR BEDROOM OPTION ON BEACH BLOCK. Air conditioned. Our Vacation rental property on ocean block just steps to the beach.
It is pretty unique and especially nice for family and friends who like being together but like their privacy as well. We are on beach block on Washington Ave. #23 approx. 8 or 9 houses to the beach.
There are actually three condos all attached that open into a cute little grape trellised courtyard. The center is a 2 bedroom and the two on each end are one bedroom. You can rent any any combination you'd like, here are the details:
- The middle unit is a two sleeping areas, one is a closed in very large porch with two double beds, the other a bedroom with a queen size bed, a queen size futon in the living area, an eat in kitchen and one bathroom / shower.
- The two end units are 1 bedroom each with a closed in porch with table and chairs, a Living room with a queen size futon, 1 bathroom / shower, a galley style kitchen and a bedroom with a queen size bed.
- All units have AC.
The peak season (7-2-11 to 9-10-11) rates are:
- $1300 / wk for the one bedrooms and $1600 / wk for the two bedroom.
- We also have seasonal rates short season July 4th week to Labor day or long season Mem. day to Labor day
- I will reduce the price by 15% for any combination of more than one unit.
There is also a $1000 to $3000 reservation fee ( based on the # of units) which becomes your security deposit or cancellation fee and will be returned after your stay as long as the unit / units are as clean and undamaged as when you arrived. Call us 732 604 2513

Short season July 4th to Labor day $8000 to $24000
Full season Mem. to Labor Day $9500 to $30000, A reservation fee of $1000 for
1 bedroom, $2000 for 2 bedroom and $3000 for 3 bedroom is due when reserved.
The reservation fee becomes security deposit / cancellation fee
Security will be returned on departure if as clean and undamaged as on arrival

My wife and I grew up in the Philadelphia area, but we LOVE the ocean. Ever since we rented in Lavallette in the early '70's we knew we wanted to live in Lavallette in the warm weather. We couldn't get enough of the ocean. It's a great place to live and vacation.
