Our 4th season at Seapointe and 1st time in your condo. Your condo is very comfortable and perfect location for our kids favorite pool. The kids loved having their own TV....They didn't have to other me.The weather was perfect except for the last day. We had a great time. Thanks again, looking forward to next year!

Our second stay at your condo here at Seapointe. Despite only 2 non-rainy days out of 7 we still had a great vacation here. Your unit strikes the right balance of being equipped and homey without being overly cluttered or personalized. My boys really feel like it's their place for the week!

We always love coming down to Wildwood Crest, NJ for a beach vacation, and have stayed at Seapointe Village several times, but first time in your unit. We love the location of your condo near the two pools and tennis courts! The interior was comfortable and nicely decorated. It was cozy and adequately met our needs. (from guestbook) What a great place for a long weekend to start off the summer! The condo was great and very efficient! We love the 4 pools and beach and had a great time at the boardwalk. Weather was in the 90's and perfect for swimming. We loved it.

(from guest book)As first timers from Westchester, N.Y., we were impressed with Mike’s thorough and helpful nature. It made booking and scheduling, in a word, easy. Even down to thorough driving directions. Seapointe Village is, as others have commented, a stand out from the rest, in that it feels like you are in the Bahamas or even South Beach, FL. The fact that it boasts so many pools; some which cater to adults, others to teens, and then others to toddlers and younger children, is helpful and more enjoyable. It was an easy drive down and an equally fruitful trip to “Wawa” for local needs and next day coffee etc. Everyone has been so helpful and we are even getting a baby-sitter tonight! WooHoo! You can stay at Seapointe all day, enjoy the pools, walk and enjoy a swim in the ocean and then hit the boardwalk in the PM (a “must do”). Thank you Mike for your gentle and thorough demeanor, your enthusiasm and eagerness to please and for maintaining a home that we are happy to call home as well while we are here and upon our future of returns. In a word, Perfect. See you late summer or next year!

The landscaping is beautiful.Our condo was great as usual. It is clean and comfortable. Having the den was again ideal. Mike, the owner, is very nice and easy to deal with. He will do whatever he can to make your stay very comfortable.Now the hard part – going home!!

(from guest book) Once again a wonderful time had by all. Not a drop of rain during the day, although these blazing hot days almost begged for a cool summer rain shower. The beach, the ocean and the boardwalk offered a perfect balance for a shore vacation and time with my family, a perfect opportunity to re-energize. We also enjoy trying different restaurants every night. This condo suited our needs perfectly. It was wonderful to have the extra bedroom and bathroom. Our children settled in very quickly. Our family had a great time at Seapointe. It is a beautiful place with a lot to do. You really do feel like you are very far away on an island - not at the shore. The pools, jacuzzi's and beach were very relaxing. We particulary liked the 24 hour security. We felt very safe letting our teenagers walk around there by themselves. Our condo was very nicely kept and clean. The extra bathroom and den was ideal. The owner is also very nice and has a lot of good information to make your stay as nice as possible. This has been the best place that our family has stayed in since we have been coming to the Jersey shore.

We were particularly impressed with this condo, as it was impeccably maintained with all of the comforts of home. The decor and furnishings were lovely and comfortable. We hated to see our week end!
