  Ten adults stayed here for a ski vacation. The house was very comfortable and convenient. Not too stuffy where we felt like we would break everything or were out of place with our ski gear. The one downside to staying here with 10 adults is that two couples needed to share a room. Not a huge deal, but someone drew the short straw. The only other hiccup we encountered was that the hot tub stopped working during our stay, but Ron was extremely receptive and had a repairman come over the same night that we reported the issue. Very minor inconvenience. Otherwise, skiing at any of the PC resorts was so convenient. We even went to Snowbird one day and found it a simple and relatively quick drive also. Walking downtown was incredibly simple and quick. I think parking for 8 cars would be a stretch in the driveway, but we easily fit 3 and never had to shuffle. Four would definitely be doable, but five or more would probably require shuffling. Overall, a very pleasant stay. This house would be great for two families or one large one. It's already appointed with many baby accomodations.

  The sauna that was advertised was taken out 2 years ago. They should delete that from their description. The crib in the downstairs bedroom is broken and should be removed or fixed. Other than that everything was as advertised. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.

  Owner response: My apologies on the sauna, it was listed in two places, but that's been corrected. We removed that to make way for the larger deck and built in Viking gas grill on the back deck. We have sent our handyman to resolve the crib issue. Please note there are two cribs in the house. Thanks for the review and glad that the house worked well for you and your guests!

  We stayed at the yellow house on the hill for five weeks during the 2012 summer. Ron was terrific from the moment we first contacted him about the rental through our last day in Park City. The house has two master suites perfect for our two families. The second floor provided lots of common space with a large living room opening up into the fully stocked kitchen and dining room. Location couldn't be better, just a block or two to downtown. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub, professional BBQ grill, back deck and balcony. Thanks, Ron. We'd return to your PC house in a heartbeat.

  This is a great house! The location is ideal if you are going to ski all of the 3 Park City resorts because you are just steps from the Bus Transit center. For those non-skiers in the group, you can easily walk to Main Street for shopping. It's a bit of a walk from the Town Lift when your ski day ends, but the bus picks you up at the end of Quit-N-Time and it's a quick ride home to the Transit Center. The house has a lot of space! We had 10 adults and found the kitchen and family room to be especially roomy. Usually, we end up fighting for space in the family room, but in this house, there was plenty of room to sit and relax. The owner was great to work with as well. He was very responsive to our questions both before and during the stay. I'd recommend this property if you are looking for a great place to stay. I know that on our next trip to Park City, we will definitely check this place out again.

  We had such an amazing time staying here! We had a group of 14 adults and it accommodated every just perfectly. It was very convenient being just a block away from Main Street. I want to start planning an annual trip to Park City and I hope to be able to stay here every year! I LOVE THIS PLACE!!

  Thank you so much for the beautiful home! We had a great stay with our family. Since we were all traveling in from different states it was great to have such a big driveway to accommodate our 5 rental cars! And the location....walk to everything!

  We had a fabulous family holiday in your home over Christmas/New Year 2007-8. There was plenty of room for everyone and (importantly for us) the house was very child friendly. It had everything we needed and we did not have a car which was no problem at all. The proximity to the transport interchange made travelling to the slopes, the supermarket and the nearby Tanger Outlet Mall easy. Even the smallest, most reluctant walkers in our family did not complain about the short walk to the bus stop and the youngest, (non-skier) enjoyed his daily outings in the free buses. For other trips, like the Tubing Park, Heber Valley Railways or sometimes from the supermarket & liquor store, we used a local taxi which was economical for a big group. We would NOT rent a car if we came again. As my daughter said 'that was the best $1000 we did NOT spend'. We loved the hot tub after a day skiing and we enjoyed looking at the Old Town, the valley and the slopes from the living room windows.   The house is very comfortable, clean, and accessible. The walk to the main bus terminal is no more than 3 minutes away... even in 12 inches of fresh powder! You dont even need to rent a car (although we did and there was plenty of parking!) The driveway and walkways were shovelled and plowed when it snowed. The jaccuzzi was hot and clean as was the sauna. The rooms are big, and there is lots of privacy for big groups. If you are planning a trip with a large group... this is the house for you! It was great being so close to main street and the shuttle bus terminal because this way everyone was able to go to the mountain at their own pace. I would definately rent this house again.

  Thank you for checking out our home in Park City. This house has just been completely remodeled as of 2005. Everything in it is brand new. All the beds are pillow top mattresses and the warmth and feel of the house will be appreciated by all.
