A couple minutes to Park City Mountain Resort, three-minute drive to Deer Valley, ten minutes to the Canyons. This house is in a perfect location to take advantage of everything Park City has to offer.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes

With hectic school and work lives we unfortunately can't use it as often as we'd like, so our loss is your gain. We have been renting the house for 5 seasons and people just love it! We're local owners so we truly know the area, ammenities and can be there to help if needed.

The Unique Benefits at this House

The house was originally a fourplex and completely gutted in 2004 before being reassembled as a single family home. This is why it's so large compared to other 'Old Town' homes.

    • We had a fabulous family holiday in your home over Christmas/New Year 2007-8. There was plenty of room for everyone and (importantly for us) the house was very child friendly. It had everything we needed and we did not have a car which was no problem at all. The proximity to the transport interchange made travelling to the slopes, the supermarket and the nearby Tanger Outlet Mall easy. Even the smallest, most reluctant walkers in our family did not complain about the short walk to the bus stop and the youngest, (non-skier) enjoyed his daily outings in the free buses. For other trips, like the Tubing Park, Heber Valley Railways or sometimes from the supermarket & liquor store, we used a local taxi which was economical for a big group. We would NOT rent a car if we came again. As my daughter said 'that was the best $1000 we did NOT spend'. We loved the hot tub after a day skiing and we enjoyed looking at the Old Town, the valley and the slopes from the living room windows.     • The house is very comfortable, clean, and accessible. The walk to the main bus terminal is no more than 3 minutes away... even in 12 inches of fresh powder! You dont even need to rent a car (although we did and there was plenty of parking!) The driveway and walkways were shovelled and plowed when it snowed. The jaccuzzi was hot and clean as was the sauna. The rooms are big, and there is lots of privacy for big groups. If you are planning a trip with a large group... this is the house for you! It was great being so close to main street and the shuttle bus terminal because this way everyone was able to go to the mountain at their own pace. I would definately rent this house again.
