We just had our 12th annual girls' weekend at the Beach House. This was a repeat visit from 2005. We are giving it serious consideration to make the Beach House our permanent location for our weekend. We all love it that much - especially me! It's an incredible place to go and just "be". Your surroundings are so serene. Great place to decompress and have a great time!

Thank you for the great week at your Beach House. Lake Michigan's white sandy beaches give you as close to a Gulf Coast look and feel as you can get in the Midwest. We had 13 in our party and were very comfortable. The house is HUGE - and the beach is gorgeous. Also, if we could pick up those bike trails running through the state park and bring them back to Minneapolis, we would. - Very scenic and easy riding. Caught 14 King Salmon/Rainbow Trout/Lake Trout on a very enjoyable Charter Fishing trip out of Two Rivers. And also enjoyed a day trip into Door County to visit some friends. Enjoy the area very much! Highly recommended. Thanks again.

Our group of 9 adults and 10 children had a wonderful time at the beach house. I was impressed with how clean everything was when we arrived and how spacious the house felt. The kitchen has plenty of cooking and serving equiptment and the house was well stocked with towels and linens. The views from the living room and eating area were wonderful, watching the sunrise over the lake was a nice bonus for those of us whose babies don't quite understand that vacations are for sleeping in. The beach was large and private and the kids had a blast playing in the sand even when the water was too cold for swimming. I would highly recommend this house to groups of family or friends looking for a lovely vacation home.

Katrina hit us very hard and then I found the Beach House on the web. This became part of our healing and my wish to gather my family so the planning of a trip for all of our family from CA, SC, WI and VA became a reality. There were 4 generations and we all had enough room for private time and we used every one of the offerings. The hikes in the park were wonderful, we saw deer, beartracks and 2 nuns in the woods. We knew we had protection then. Walks on the beach, wading--too cold to swim. Campfires with s'mores and hot dogs. The kitchen was well equiped for all of our needs and we did not lack for creature comforts. Fire places added ambience and heat on the cool nights. This is a wonderful place to gather, family friends etc, Katrina taught us to not take time for granted and I hope to return with my girl friends in the future. This was a home away from home and I really can't say enough. No, I have not been paid to say this. It was wonderful!!!!

I just wanted to say THANK YOU!!!! My friends and I had an amazing time this weekend. We really really enjoyed your beach house and couldn't believe how wonderful it truly was. I can only imagine how fun it is in the summer time when you can spend more time outside. Everything about the place was amazing. We especially loved the game room and the firepit. Overall, it's a great house and I highly recommend to anyone trying to get away with family or a quick weekend getaway with close friends. We hope to go back!

The beach house was unbelievable - the furniture is very nice and the house is decorated tastefully. We loved playing in the lake, sitting on the deck, having a fire by the fire pit, playing games in the family room, and playing pool. Our large family never felt crowded. There are ample towels (for use inside) and kitchen ware/dishes. The local towns are nice to visit. The beach is sandy and the waves are incredible. We had a great time.

The house is Fabulous! Those really great chairs on the deck overlooking the beach were used a lot! The beach is beautiful (more than we expected). Not knowing what to expect, I was really blown away when I got there! The place is like new and the owners have thought of everything to make it feel like home. towels, laundry, fire pit etc... .The Basement was amazing with the rec-room, two sitting areas, a bedroom, laundry room and bath. The dining room and table (with 10 chairs and a fireplace) was neat as it allowed us all to sit around the table and eat together. I recommend this place to anyone looking for relaxation and looking for some quality time to spend with family or friends.

7/15/05 We had a wonderful week at the Beach House. The house is attractively decorated and the furnishings are new and well selected. The generous size and number of rooms handled our family very well. It was convenient to be right on the lake and just north of the state park. We enjoyed the decks front, back and at the water. The wild life was enjoyable to watch and the game room was a great place to spend the one rainy day we had. We all want to come back!

I just spent 2 days at the Beach House and Biked the Rawling trail and Mariner's trail (They connect to each other). They are absolutely wonderful trails! The Rawling trail runs through dense forest for 5 miles and the Mariner's trail runs right next to the lake for another 7 miles. To get to the trails from the Beach House, you simply ride right from our driveway over to "O" (Designated Wisconsin "Rustic Road") 35 MPH with very little traffic 1.3 miles to the Point Beach Forest entrance road and you are there! September and October are Absolutely Beautiful! The forest colors will be starting to turn and you can take them all in on the miles and miles of hiking and biking trails right from our doorstep! Get a group of couples together for a midweek or weekend getaway for some biking/hiking and relaxation. Family reunions are our specialty so don't forget about Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years! Get the whole extended family together for sharing those special moments. 3 fireplaces plus our outdoor firepit will provide some special moments as well. Our decorating theme is "Nautical" and we have collected many great pieces to create this theme for our special guests. The game room is a very special place and is hard to leave even when it's great weather out side. We have billiards, darts, and foosball.
