We just got back from staying a week in this fabulous studio. It is on the 6th floor with a gorgeous view of the beach. The bed was very comfortable. Often, you do not find this in Mexico! The condo is large and perfect for two people. It has everything you need. We have stayed several times in Playa Royale and love the complex. The employees are wonderful. We can't wait to go back next year!

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Hi, Rosanne, We had a great time in Mexico. Your condo is wonderful and the best part is the balcony with the ocean view. We enjoyed breakfast, lunch, or just relaxing and reading there. The walking distance to the local mall is convenient. Had a great time at the club, working out, swimming, and even playing tennis once. Met really nice Mexicans as well as expats. Mexico and its people are beautiful and warm. Thank you for the use of your home.

My husband and I loved this condo at Playa Royal!! Playa Royal is the nicest condo develoment we saw in the very nice Paradise Village Area. We loved the property, location and mostly the great ocean view. The grounds and buildings were spotless. We couldn't have asked for anything more. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets, released a baby turtle and tried a few wonderful local restaurants. The weather was perfect every day!! This condo provides a sixth floor ocean view that is fabulous. You could see for miles up and down the beach from your deck and enjoy beautiful sunsets nightly. Other condo's may advertise having and "ocean view", but it may only be a very limited view. Tower One and Five will have the best views in Playa Royal. In about 8 minutes you can walk to the grocery store and small shopping mall or catch a free shuttle from the main entrance. Our friends who winter in another condo development in the Paradise Village Area came over for supper and were very impressed with the upscale accomodations our condo provided. We particularly loved walking the beach at sunset when the tide was out. Very romantic.

Recommended for:Age 55+, tourists without a car.

We had visited the property in general last year, so we had high expectations to begin with. We were not disappointed. It didn't hurt that the weather was perfect all 19 days that we were there. The sunset from your deck was out of a romantic novel and dining alfresco with candlelight listening to the crashing waves was intoxicating.Also feel free to use our names and comments as a recommendation. This condo is fantastic and we will definitely stay here again. It is on the 6th floor right on the ocean. Sleeps 2. Wonderful amenities, all new, very comfortable place to stay. Great pool and beach. Good TV with DVD and CD stero system. Easy to walk to Paradise Village, restaurants, car rental, etc. We would highly recommend it to anyone.

Very modern and well equipped.Perfect size for 2 people. The view from the large, well furnished balcony was amazing. Pool area was great, staff was friendly and location was excellent. Easy to rent a car and explore or catch a bus into town. We will definitely stay here again next time we travel to Nuevo Vallarta.

My girlfriend and I stayed in the condo for 6 days and absolutely loved it. It has a very nice interior design, nice appliances, all brand new, and a balcony with a fantastic view directly onto the beach and the ocean. Very nice owners. Steffen
