This Condominium is a gem in the hottest area in Florida! Once you visit, you will most likely rebook as it is beautiful, elegant, newly renovated, and very convenient with INTERNET ACCESS! It will literally take you a minute to walk to the beach from the door, and it has a partial beach and ocean view from the family room. It has easy access especially for people who don't want to mess with crowded elevators, long walks just to get to the beach, or stairs to climb.
The condo is on the ground floor, so you exit the condo and there's the beach. The Condominium is beautifully decorated and very spacious. We also accept long term rentals in our condo with an adjusted price. Please inquire. Brand new granite counter tops in kitchen and all baths. New fixtures and lighting! Right next to the Whale's Tale outdoor restaurant on the beach.
The building, Ciboney, is located on the east side of Destin on a quaint street with breathtaking homes. The water is gorgeous and the sand is sugar white! The building was built in 1999, is a low-rise condominium complex, and is one of Destin's premiere developments. Scenic Highway 98 is the street to be on!
The unit offers a spacious family room with access to a large grassy area for children to run and play. The condo also offers a full service kitchen, dining area, washer and dryer, and two full baths. The living area houses beautiful furniture, a queen size sleeper sofa, and an ambiance of comfort and style. The master suite is huge and offers a king-size bed. The second bedroom offers a queen, and the bunk area offers two twin beds.
Ciboney has all the amenities you need for a great vacation: heated pool, two tennis courts, outdoor grills, deeded beach access, and is a minute walk to the beautiful Miramar Beach. This unit is walking distance to fun restaurants like Pompano Joe's and Captain Daves and a quaint ice cream shop with Internet access! In fact, Scenic Highway 98 is a charming walk lined with wonderful homes and shops. That is how it gets its name.
You are minutes away by car from upscale shopping such as the Silver Sands Outlet Mall or the The Destin Commons, fine dining, local attraction, and beautiful golf courses. If you've never tried kite surfing, Destin is the perfect place to start. The waters and winds are perfect. Instructors are wonderful!
