This is The last House on the Hillside Cascading Towards Acapulco Bay. Privacy and Spectacular View Overlooking Hundreds of Coconut trees. Eat Fresh Coconut daily for free.
This house sits atop the hills in the old section of Acapulco along Gran Villa Tropical. Very very private, yet close to everything. Master Bedroom has king-size bed, other two rooms have two twin beds each, each with private bathroom. House is last on hill before water, empty lot of land between house and water for approximately 150 meters to water, can hike to bottom and swim in bay, clear water, fishing right off the edge, bring own fishing poles.
Spectacular Breathtaking view of bay. five minutes from yacht club, within walking distance, B&B disco is a three minute walk from house where lots of local people and tourists from the neighborhood meet. Servants live in quarters below house. Watchman is a part time cab driver who has intimate knowledge of the hotspots in the Acapulco night-life and can provide optional tour/chauffeur services for a fee. His Wife is a cook and cleans house and washes clothes. She is an expert in cooking Fish Dishes so if you go to the famous Fish market downtown and bring back fresh fish, she will prepare it to your liking along with other traditional mexican dishes.
Pool and patio hang over empty land covered with coconut trees but not obstructing view providing a beautiful private view of entire bay. Entire Roof is also a patio with covered benches and tables, perfect for parties, barbecue pit available on roof. Breakfast and Dining Area outside in Garden Hangs over side providing breathtaking view while you eat or have drinks.
