This sun-filled, two-bedroom-plus, coach home is a beautiful and relaxing hideaway. Every room has a different flavor and your home-away-from-home is very inviting with an open space layout. Every luxurious comfort is there for you to enjoy. From the screened-in lanai you view the beautiful preserve and golf course. Awaken to a golden sunrise and have breakfast in the lanai, at the breakfast bar, or at the eat-in kitchen. There is also the more formal dining room joining the living room, if you choose to invite friends for dinner. When you do, we have even provided the napkin rings for that special evening. There is even a study, complete with computer and printer!
The third bedroom comes equipped with a computer, video conferencing hardware, printer and high speed internet access. In Addition, WIFI is available for your personal compute. Every room has a cable TV and unique radio or even a nature sound generator. The home itself is a surprising adventure. There are five entrances to the development and all are manned 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Pelican Landing is a 2600-acre development with nature trails, a private pristine beach, canoe and kayak park, tennis courts, fitness center, pools, jacuzzis, five private golf courses and a clubhouse. The area is also great for bicycle riding. The property is a preserve that is immaculately maintained and truly reminds one of an island resort.
Friendly neighbors are easy to find as is quiet time on our unique private island beach. Pelican Landing has a shopping area that consists of food stores, restaurants, gas station, beauty salon, dry cleaners, medical care and many other shops. The area boasts of numerous restaurants - fine dining and casual. There is shopping and cultural attractions. Nearby Naples provides a variety of boutique shopping and entertainment as well. You will not be bored. Rentals are for one month minimum only.

Why the Owner Chose SandPiper Greens
Greetings! To us Sandpiper Greens is like attending a party. You are surrounded with flowers, as if at a wedding. The landscaping is magnificent and always reminds me of the beautiful resorts we visited. People in the area are relaxed and friendly, away from the bustle of work. Walking on the many pathways outside our home is a floral wonder land with walkways above and around ponds and lakes. The public and private beaches are spectacular and if you like to walk on the sand as we do, you can literally walk all day and not get to the end. It is a shellers paradise. We love Bonita Springs.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
From the airport to our home is about 20 minutes. Yet, once within the gates, it is a land of resort living with nothing to tell you that the best shopping, restaurants and stores are just 5 minutes away. There is no other community in which you can walk for miles and because the landscaping is so magnificent, hardly notice the many homes hidden in the greenery. At night, walk a few steps around from the door and you can swim in the large pool or relax in the hot tub under the stars. And if you're really hungry, make some burgers in the CharmGlow Grill by the pool.
A short walk from the condo (or drive) and you can take a canoe paddle down the scenic canals that grace this majestic property. You will see beautiful wildlife, birds, turtles and exquisite flora.
This Garden has beautiful sitting areas and special flowers to attract butterflys. Walk here in just minutes to see a feast for your eyes and imagination.
If you enjoy Tennis, here is the place to be with many courts to meet your schedule.
A huge arrangement of fitness machines each near a TV so you won't be bored! Free weights, and classes to suit your desires.
A pristine 34-acre gulf island Beach Park is one of Pelican Landing Community Association's amenities. Getting there is a blast on our beautiful water Taxi that run all day long.
The Sailing Center is located at Coconut Point off of Coconut Road. A fleet of sunfish are available to residents for sailing in Estero Bay.
Bocce Court Reservations: During the hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm daily, bocce courts (located behind the Community Center) may be reserved for play.

Evelyn and I have a busy eyecare practice in NY. We have wonderful patients that we adore but then there is the need for a slower pace. Sandpiper Greens is that place of peace, calm and beauty that takes your mind away from everything else. At breakfast on the lanai, you overlook the nature preserve and floral scents compete for your attention while the ceiling fan competes with the natural breeze. We love to walk the paths, ride our bikes or hike for miles on the endless public beach. When I am tired of the sun, I like to cook and the bright open kitchen makes entertaining fun.

A VERY Well Maintained Home

This was a very well maintained and very clean home. We did not need to ask questions or request anything, all was well provided for and self explanatory. In reviewing the condo I would say that everything was in excellent condition: The stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, disposal, toaster, vacuum, iron, tv, vcr, furniture... very well maintained. Every room was equally well maintained. We truly felt like we were in our own home. Very rarely are things in rentals this pristine. Not only was everything pristine but we very much appreciated the new towels too! WE LOVED IT! We may be interested in renting this next year too.

I would rate this as the nicest home away from home I have ever stayed at! If you just had your home built, a decorator decorate it, and some magical service install every item you could imagine to make living there comfortable, this is how it would look. It took me 2 days to learn where everything in the kitchen was but then I was at home. Every appliance I needed to cook (I am a gourmet cook) was there. The rooms were warm bright and well appointed. Just for fun I slept in different rooms, till my guests came. The pool is 1 minutes walk away and just beautiful. There is a great gas barbecue and it is set in an "outdoor kitchen" like environment next to the pool so we had a great burger and hot dog party there (gourmet dogs of course). I walked most of the community and it was an easy 6 mile trek. The streets are winding and serpentine. You are alway looking at beautiful landscaping. My favorite place was the canoe park where I watched alligators and tortoises sunning themselves side by side near the gold course. The Movies, theater, shopping and Naples Philharmonic are just minutes away. I am definitely coming back.

It is my observation too, that the curving roads are a major part of the brilliant landscape architectural designs that truly make the community very beautiful. I have been to many Club Med's and all inclusives that use landscaping with tropical plants to make the place look like paradise. This is how we have always viewed this community. I am glad you found it the same.

This home is every bit as beautiful as it looks on the owner's virtual tour. The community is much more. It is like a resort in many ways. It is secluded and beautifully landscaped. I walked for miles and because there are so many golf courses you fell like you are all alone in paradise! When you leave the community, there is more shopping and entertainment than you can imagine, literally everywhere. Naples with its cultural experience is just a couple of miles away. There are great restaurants everywhere. The private beach was excellent and the water taxi there was really fun! The pool is right next door but far enough that there is no noise. The house I won't say much about because the pictures here to it well. I was nicely surprised by the welcome the owners left and the great supply of movies to watch. This is a Great Place, I will definitely be a renter there again.

My wife and I stayed at this condo and enjoyed it very much. The pictures to not to it justice! The rooms are spacious and the "sun drenched' is just as it is described as the sun comes in the windows from morning till night. The property was spotless and everything was in excellent condition. We had a problem with the sink faucet leaking and it was fixed the next day by their handyman. The community is equally as beautiful with landscaping that makes you feel you are at a Club Resort on some island. You can walk for miles and be constantly surprised at the beautiful landscaping. The canoes, bicycle trails, golf, tennis, pool and beach are spectacular. We walked on the nearby public beach for hours and could have walked for days before coming to the end... this is NO exaggeration! My wife loved the nearby shopping which goes on and on and on. A large multiplex movie is across the street. The condo has entertainment centers in every room and came with VCR tapes, Lots of DVD's and even a computer if you did not bring yours.....for which there is wireless access. Nearby there are LOTS of restaurants. My favorite was this magnificent Sushi Restaurant, which was just minutes away. I highly recommend this vacation home, The owners even greeted us with a bottle of wine and welcome package.
