There is plenty of room for separation in this 2200 sq. ft. living area with a separate suite of 2 bedrooms and private bath, and an adjoining sitting room off the kitchen to read or just get away. The large screened lanai is our favorite spot to enjoy the wildlife of the area and the lighted fountain in the evening. On the opposite shore of Lemon Bay, lie the magnificent beaches of Manasota Key and Boca Grande...Giant turtles lay their eggs in June on Stump Pass and Dolphins play off the shore. Fish for sea trout, redfish, snook, snapper, flounder, sheapshead off the dock. Five golf courses, major shopping, marinas, and great dining are just minutes away.
