You have easy access to the elevator, work out area and hot tub (that overlooks the River Boat and River Walk). Privacy from all other guests is what makes this unit even more unique. You can also enjoy relaxing in your private juccuzzi tub enclosed in a marble tub enclosure with full privacy in the condo itself. New Valet Ski Rental inside lobby connected to Base Mountain Sports. Great access for ski rental and drop off and overnight storage. Free for our guests.
This Condo is only 12 years old with spectacular decor in a rustic mountain lodge style. The unit is furnished with a queen-size bed in the master bedroom and a leather queen-size sleeper sofa providing high end luxury comfort and style. We have spared no expense on luxury bedding and linens (Hotel Collection pillows, 800 ct. eqytian cotton linens) The balcony has spectacular views of ski mountain range providing a quite private setting to also enjoy fireworks on New Years Eve and 4th of July. For those of you who want to stay connected, we also have wireless internet access and cable TV. For your viewing pleasure 46' flat screen smart Samsung T.V. with internet access, DVD blue-ray 3-D effects. The lodge is adjacent the free shuttle service to anywhere in Breckenridge, area ski resorts such as Keystone/A-Basin, Town of Frisco, Dillion, and Silverthorne. There is easy access to other ski resorts Vail, Beaver Creek, Copper Mountain. You have privacy, convenience and a location that just doesn't get any better! Stay where everyone else wants to stay at a price that doesn't break the bank.
Breckenridge is close to other Summit County towns and is only a short driving distance to Copper Mountain, Keystone, Vail and A-Basin, Frisco and Silverthorne. There are Ski and bike rentals available around the corner for those wishing to rent equipment. As an added bonus we offer a 20% off ski rental discount at Base Mountain Sports conveniently located adjacent the front entrance to Park Avenue Lodge and enroute to the Ski Lift.

Stayed for a great week in January. A short walk to Peak 9 and Main Street. Condo was perfect for us, Mona pays attention to providing everything you need for your stay. Well equipped condo with quality appliances and accessories make for a comfortable stay. Free indoor parking garage and on site ski rentals add to the hassle free experience. Description and pictures are accurate. Excellent value and would definitely stay again.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, age 55+.

We loved our stay! It was a short walk to everything on Main Street, beautiful view. Perfect accommodations for my husband and I. The 1 bedroom unit was quaint and cozy. My husband and I have stayed at this condo several times. The location is perfect!! It is located right around the corner from all of the shops and restaurants, next to the ski lifts and ski rentals too. The views are gorgeous from the patio. The condo is always very clean and comfortable.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.

The owner of this condo has gone to great lengths to ensure you have a comfortable stay. You can tell the owner has gone above and beyond your typical mountain condo rental by having all of the small comforts of home. The owner paid attention to detail by the quality of the bed linens, the glasswear, the pots and pans, the spice rack, the coffee grinder and coffee maker, and luxury hand-made soaps. I was very impressed with the "extras" and would recommend this condo to anyone visiting Breckenridge anytime of the year.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+.

My family and I stayed at the cabin over the 4th of July week and had a wonderful time. We had never been to the area so we were taking our chances and trusting that the pictures and description of the cabin were accurate. They were spot on!! The cabin had a very homey feel and had all of the amentities that we needed. Despite the area going through a heat wave and the cabin not having AC, we remained comforable with ceiling fans and lower nighttime temperatures. At the suggestion of the owner, we stayed in Fife Lake for their fireworks and just pulled chairs and a blanket to a spot behind the cabin vs fighting crowds and traffice. What a show!! The town itself put on a great show but there were also random other fireworks being shot off from various areas of the lake that we could see. For those boating, the lake is perfect. Not an overwhelming but a decent size that always appeared to be like glass and never choppy. Unfortunately, we did not have a boat and may look into renting one for a future visit but for those who have one, it is perfect!!! About the owner: When purchasing this beautiful condo in 2004 our family goal was to enjoy all that Breckenridge had too offer. Skiing, hiking, snowmobiling and all outdoor activities. We love this place so much that we chose to share our beautiful home and vrbo became a great avenue to do so. We have been fortunate over the years to meet so many wonderful people and built long lasting relationships. Just check out our reviews we have guests that return everey year. When I first chose Breckenridge as my second home I only had experienced it in the Winter Ski Season. Once our family began to stay in the spring ,summer and fall we came to experience all of the ongoing activities from week to week. What a Great place to stay all year round. Truly a Winter Wonderland and a Summer Event Spectacular.
