The house is looking better than ever ---
The home is located in beautiful Yarmouth Port. It is a modern fully furnished; two-level modern 'cape' home located right off the highway (exit 8) on a quiet cul du sac with a large yard. The yard over looks acres of protected forest land in the back. It’s an ideal mid-Cape location: Smugglers Beach, Seagull Beach, Parkers River are moments away.
Grays Beach is a quick bike ride or even walkable. It features covered picnic areas, playgrounds and boardwalks. There is also a freshwater pond (Dennis pond) to swim in with a lovely playground! Bike trails and kayaking wind along the miles of scenic beaches. There are even cranberry bogs to enjoy! You are under a mile - to fine and casual dining, a major grocery store, a pharmacy, and other area amenities. Many local eateries will even deliver to the house.
You’re also less than a five minute drive to the video store and the nearby Dennis movie theatre. And you’re also just a few exits from Hyannis. The National Seashore is under 20 minutes and Provincetown is 40 minutes. Home delivery service is also an option if you have a craving for pizza, subs or other local cuisine! The Cape Cod rail trail for biking is close as well for miles upon miles of biking allowing you to explore places on the Cape only accessible by bike!
This four-bedroom home is located in a quiet dead end residential cul-de-sac. It’s the perfect, tree-lined spot whether you’re strolling the property or enjoying the scenery from the home’s large deck.
Inside, you’ll find a mix of beautiful hardwood floors. There are two full-sized bathrooms plus a washer and dryer on each floor. One set is in the bathroom. Each of the four bedrooms features one bed, plus a sofa or reading nook for you to relax in. For your convenience, there are five televisions (all with cable. And, for further relaxation and guest accommodation, there is a sleeper sofa in the living room along with a DVD player, television set and modern stereo/cd player. Televisions have cable.
There is also a large library of modern books for you enjoy reading. You’ll find that there are more than enough resources and room to accommodate up to the maximum six/seven guests, (infants are the exception) allowed during any rental term. Or, you can enjoy the privacy and space to yourself!
The large, eat-in kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and blender. There are also wineglasses and barware. The kitchen also features a table that seats four, while the main dining room seats six. For those days and nights when it’s just too beautiful to eat inside, you’ll find sliding doors that open onto the large porch, which is complete with grill, dining table, and luxury patio furniture.
The first floor set up is a full bath (washer/dryer in bath), 2 bedrooms, large kitchen and dining room and living room. The second floor features a NEW full bath (with a huge tub) and two large bedrooms. There is a first floor walk out basement with a garage.
There is storage in the basement/garage for your golf clubs or your kayak. The basement has direct storage to the garage. The driveway has ample parking. There is also a garage.
Please note that this is a family neighborhood and large parties, pets and smoking are not welcome here. We are not able to have the occupants host any kind of function on the property. Our occupancy limit is viewed on a case by case basis. (Generally no more than 6 to 7 people. (including children))
The decor of the home is all modern and clean. You will find no second rate accommodations here!. Brand new bathroom put in 2009 and the house was renovated in 2008. All the décor if modern and tasteful!
Our rental week runs Saturday to Saturday. Check in after 2pm and check out the following Saturday at approximately 10am.
We require a $300.00 deposit to hold the unit which serves as a security deposit. 45 days prior to your vacation date the balance in full is due. We accept checks, money orders or credit card (fees may apply)
Each renter will immediately upon reserving a week receive a rental receipt as well as a copy of our short term lease.
We are also able to offer a discount for longer stays.

Cranberry Bogs,golf courses Childrens parks, picnic facilities, Home is located mid cape with easy access to the market, movies and Hyannis as well as the many area beaches, There are also fresh water ponds to swim in as well, bike trails.
The owner is a real estate broker in 3 states, so she is in tune with what is needed to properly run a vacation home. Sadly a lot of home owners rent their homes out and have no idea what they are doing. She does this for a living and this house just so happens to be hers! (the only one in cape cod--so special attention is given)
