What a great way to spend your Beaufort and Islands vacation here in our Family House! Amenities include pool (with some restrictions), dock, gazebo, swings and walking trail along the water. Sit on the dock or in the swing and watch the beautiful sunsets, or take a walk on the walking trail and enjoy the lovely birds and other wildlife. Picnic in the gazebo after taking a swim in the pool. All amenities situated adjacent to The Family House. 2 stocked fishing ponds on site. Crab pot, fishing poles and shrimp net provided if you would like to use them.
Just two miles to the Parris Island Gate... graduate families very welcome! Enjoy your stay in this peaceful neighborhood away from the crowds and traffic. Downtown Beaufort is just minutes away, and offers a variety of wonderful shops and restaurants, located on the Beaufort Waterfront... has a great playground for the children, and an ice cream shop. Travel to Harbor Island, Hunting Island, or Fripp Island... or perhaps take a tour on the Ace Basin and enjoy all the beautiful wildlife in this 350,000 square mile estuary.
The house has three bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with twins, and two bathrooms. Everything in the house for your use and enjoyment, with linens and paper products provided. Owner is close by to assist. So much to see and do! Note: Please see all of my rental listings. I have 2 places very close to Parris Island that I reserve for graduate families. If this house is booked, possibly another house is available. Community rules will apply (rule book located inside house).
