Enjoy relaxed living on a bluff above Lake Tahoe. Nestled in a hollow out of the prevailing wind, every room in this home looks out over the lake, with views across Crystal Bay Point and along the beautiful east shore. Be amazed by every mood the lake has to show, from the sunline rising on the Eastern Sierra to spectacular full moon nights which can be enjoyed from the private hot tub on the deck. Each room is tastefully decorated and the beds have high thread count linens,down comforters, and lots of soft pillows.
Our open floor plan has a master suite with queen bed upstairs off the living room/great room. The remaining bedrooms (second master suite with queen bed, and two queen bedrooms) are downstairs off the family room. We have a wonderful wood stove in the family room that heats the whole house and firewood is provided. The attached apartment has 1 queen bed in the bedroom with interior access to the apartment from the main house, as well as from the garage.
There's a two car garage and plenty of off street parking. With 3500 sq. ft. of total living space,cable T.V. everywhere and high speed internet service. We are located just one block from the lake, close to ski areas and casinos, and Garwoods and 7-11 are just down the road.

Our house is centrally located with ski areas located to the east and west of us as well as the best beaches only 10 minutes away. We have walking and biking trails that leave right from our house.

We were very lucky to find Tahoe at a young age. We fell in love and were married, raised three kids who now have pursued careers outside of the Tahoe basin. While we have loved this home and lived in this home we have found that it is time to share it with others. You will find our place to be a comfortable, quiet space, perched on a bluff away from the prevailing winds. Be sure to watch the sunline rise on the eastern Sierra opposite us until evening arrives. Our home has hosted many family gatherings so we know that whatever your event is you will be comfortable and cozy, together but not crowded,

This home is perfect for muliple families. There is alot of space in separate areas for a large group. The view from the living room is gorgeous. This home is up to date with all the amenities.

This Tahoe home is truly incredible. This was the second time we have stayed there and the house exceeds all expectations. The view is vast and beautiful, the sunsets are great and easy access to Safeway and cute town shops. The house was well cleaned with comfortable beds, the kitchen is perfect for hosting a dinner with friends and there is more than enough parking. I have no doubt we'll be back to stay again. Thank you!

The house was well maintained, great set-up, great space. Owner went out of his way to assist after and during a snow storm. Highly recommend this property. You can not get a better view of the lake. Very Centralized for skiers. This property will be n our "return to" list.

This place is truly incredible. We held our wedding here in October (2010) and it was awesome! The lake view is amazing and the house is very comfortable, with lots of room for extra guests. We had family & friends stay for the weekend and there was plenty of room to spread out. We held the ceremony on the back lawn overlooking the lake view with 40 people in attendance. We had ample room on the deck to set up the buffet for the wedding dinner. We set up chairs for the ceremony, then moved them and set up the tables later for dinner. The photos really don't do this place justice. We enjoyed our wedding and honeymoon more than we thought possible. We would love to go back!

We stayed at this beautiful house for three nights with a total of 5 families. We had an absolutely fantastic time! The inside is beautiful and very comfortable. The views are amazing. We especially loved that there is lots of room to play in the snow right out the back door! We had 5 kids under 3 on our trip and it was wonderful to be able to step right outside and play! And the hot tub was spectacular...quite incredible to soak and enjoy the beautiful view of the lake. Also very close to ski resorts and activities. Without question, we would be so lucky to get to stay here again sometime!
