This two bedroom, two bath, smoke-free condominium located in the beautiful, Legends Golf and Country Club Gated Community and was Newly furnished in December 2004.
This resort was voted Best Golf and Country Club community 2002-2003 and Best Golf Course 2003 and 2004 in the "Golfer's Guide". More than half of the 650 acres is dedicated to the natural beauty of cypress preserves, sparkling lakes, and green fairways.
This first floor unit has a view of a lake and golf fairways. The master bedroom is equipped with a new king size bed, two large walk-in closets, cable TV, phone and attached full bath.
The second bedroom has a new queen size bed and large closet. Both bedrooms are wall to wall carpeted.
The open living area is fully tiled. The kitchen area has a breakfast table, dishwasher, flat top stove, and refrigerator. Enjoy the furnished lanai and relax.
The dining room has seating for six and the living room is equipped with cable TV, DVD, VCR, and stereo. There is a full laundry room with washer and dryer.
The Legends clubhouse is 25,000 square feet with restaurants, state-of-the-art fitness center with aerobic studio, full service pro shop, driving range, large heated swimming pool with spa, saunas, six tennis courts, and pool and game room. A transfer fee ($150) entitles you and a guest unlimited green fees and use of all the amenities and activities. Down the street from the condominium is a local condominium association swimming pool as well.
