Relax in our SPA room with four-person indoor hot tub and view of the lake. Enjoy the large, airy, two-story, living room with fireplace, dining area, fully-equipped kitchen, plus raised outdoor deck. All in immaculate condition and decorator furnished. Linens are the responsibility of the renter. Bed sizes include: one King, Three Queen, one Full, two Twin, Queen-size sofa bed and a Queen-size Air mattress. During the winter season you will appreciate the proximity to the Big Boulder ski slopes (down the street) and Jack Frost Ski Resort. In the summer season, enjoy the owners' membership in the Lake Mountain Club on Big Boulder Lake which includes heated swimming pools, a beach, lake, boat rentals, bike rentals, fishing, tennis, and many golf courses in the area.

Weekend is defined as Friday check-in at 3PM to Sunday check-out 11AM (2 nights).
Week is defined as Friday check-in 3PM to following Friday check-out 11AM.
3 Day Holidays include MLK, Pres Day, Mem Day, July 4th, Labor day & Thanksgiving
WINTER RATES: Weekend $1395 .. Week $1825 .. 3 Day Holidays $1595.
SUMMER RATES: Weekend $1225 .. Week $1600 .. 3 Day Holidays $1350.
Ask about Xmas/New Year rate or Off-Season Rates. Sec. dep. $250 wkend, $350 week.
50% of Rate + security deposit to hold dates. Remaining 50% due 2 weeks
