Dilly Dally is a beautiful new beach house located in Dunes Estates in Seagrove Beach Florida. Dunes Estates is a new Gulfside 12 home community located on the south side (Gulf side) of Highway 30A between Seaside and Rosemary Beach in Seagrove Beach-East. From our door you are just steps from the private, fenced community pool and tennis court and a short walk to the gorgeous white sandy beach known as the Emerald Coast.

Dilly Dally is the perfect beach house for a group or several. On the main floor there is the family room with queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen has granite countertops and bar along with a dining table. There is a queen bedroom and full bath. On the second floor, there is a queen bedroom and full bath and the master king bedroom with large full bath complete with tub spa. The tower room is the perfect hangout for young or old. A queen sleeper sofa provides a great place to "bunk."

The tower room offers a special treat for guests. Complete with wet bar, you can enjoy cocktails while watching the sunset. The large porch offers a seating area to catch the ocean breeze and enjoy the panoramic views of the Gulf.

The bedrooms are large and spacious - decorated with attention to every detail. We want you to feel welcome, comfortable and ready to come back. In addition, each bedroom has access to it's own private porch with views from each. Private linens and towels are provided.

Dilly Dally is located right in the middle of all the fun - there are wonderful restaurants, golf courses, outlet shopping, boutiques, outdoor concerts - all close by! Come, enjoy, kick back and dilly dally!
