Our home features fine furnishings, including koa wood, green marble, hardwood floors, crown molding, and antique fixtures. There are two large lanais and, from the upstairs, there is a full ocean view. There is no need for air conditioning at Pilipu Place, as the fragrant tradewinds keep it cool year round. Being situated on an acre, our lawn is large enough to practice your putting, play Croquet, or just let the kids run wild. The yard has beautiful plumeria trees, red hibiscus bushes, orchids, and of course, a coconut grove.
